Works Department Tender

The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having completed similar nature of work, with a value of 75% of the estimated cost put to tender during any three financial years. The bidder should have executed similar nature of work worth 75% of the estimated cost put to tender during any three financial years taken together of the last preceding five years, excluding the current financial year. The annual turnover requirement is at least 200% of the annual payment of the work put to tender. The total financial turnover in respect of Civil Engineering works should be not less than the amount put to tender during any three financial years taken together of the last preceding five financial years, excluding the current financial year. The bidder must have experience in similar nature of works and should furnish a certificate from the Engineer-in-Charge, including details of the work completed, with the amount and percentage of work done. The bidder should secure 80% marks in aggregate to qualify. The bidder should have experience in construction of road works and should submit a work experience certificate along with the bid. The bidder's experience in similar nature of works should be listed in SCHEDULE-D, which includes project name, name of employer, description of work, value of contract, contract number, date of issue of work order, stipulated date of completion, actual date of completion, and year-wise value of work done.
