Construction of Dry Lean Cement Concrete sub-base by semi-mechanized method over a prepared subgrade with coarse and fine aggregate confirming to IS:383,the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm,aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1 ,aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600.1 ,cement content not to less than 150 kg/cum , optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction ,concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days,mixed in a batching plant ,transported to site,laid with a paver and compacting with vibratory roller,finishing and curing as per clause 601 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th. Providing un-reinforced down jointed M-30 grade cement concrete pavement by semi-mechanized method over a prepared sub-base as per approved mix design using 43 grade cement not less than 400kg /cum course and fine aggregate confirming to IS:383, maximum size of course aggregate not exceeding 25mm, conmpacted and finished in a continious operation inclduing provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints and cost and conveyance of all materials including joint filler separation membrance, sealant primer, joint sealand finishing to lines and grades as per approved drawing and technical specification and as per direction of the Engineer in charge
