Supplying all materials, labour, T&P and providing cement concrete ( 1:3:6) with 40mm size crusher broken hard black granite chips including watering, curing,cost of all materials, conveyance of all materials to work site with payment of royalty, all taxes etc all complete as per P.W.D specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge

R.C.C.work of Grade M-20 having minimum compressive strength in work test of 200kg/Cm2 in 15cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and tests conducted in accordance with IS 456 & IS 516 using 20mm down graded size black crusher broken hard granite stone chips of approved quality & from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering & laying concrete & compacting by using vibrators, watering & curing for 4 (four) weeks centring, shuttering & finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves or beads where necessary including cost & conveyance royalties & taxes of all materials T&P & labour required for the work etc., complete in all respect but excluding cost & conveyance of M.S.Rods,HYSD bars or tor steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge & labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending etc.,of the M.S.Rods or tor steel & binding wires & laying the grills in proper position as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Supplying, Cutting, Straightening coiled or bent up M.S. rods or Tor steel of SAIL(HYSD Fe-500) welding or jointing if necessary, bending, binding, tying the grills and laying in position as required for R.C.C. works and hoisting, lowering and placing in position in all floors according to approved designs and drawings including cost, conveyance, of M.S. rods or Tor steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge required for the work and cost of all labour, sundries, T&P etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge All reinforcement steel and structural steel shall be procured from primary producers of steel-SAIL/RINL/ TATA/ JINDAL(Panther)/ SHYAM STEEL.

Brick work with Fly ash Bricks masonry in cement mortar (1:6) in foundation and plinth with hard black broken granite stone of approved size and quality form approved quarry including splays cutting, circular moulding, chamfering and cur belling, watering and curing etc. complete including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all the materials required for the work with all labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Brickwork with Fly ash bricks in cement mortar (1:6) in Superstructure (23cm x 11cm x 8 cm) having minimum crushing strength not less than 75 kg.per.sq.cm. including splays cutting, circular moulding, chamfering, corbelling and similar such type of woks with all necessary projections watering and curing for 7 days after immersing the bricks in water for six hours before use etc. complete including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour with T&P required for the work with all taxes and royalties etc. complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Supplying and fixing of concertina coil with 6mt (equivalent to 50 spirals) length coils clipped with two nos of straight line razor and fixing U shape ms Angle of size 50x50x6mm providing in the distance of 2.5mt centre to centre and seven row of Razor barbed tape and grouted on the wall and welded withspike grill for rigid fixing after dismantling the rquired brick work and fixing the coil with C.C. (1:2:4) in position and painting to M.S. angles with cost of all materials and labour etc required for the work.

12mm (1/2'') thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) finished smooth to brick walls after raking out the joint including watering and curing for seven days with cost and conveyance of all materials and labour with T& P required for the work and royalities etc. complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge.

16mm (5/8'') thick cement plaster (1:6) finished smooth to inside of 9''/10'' thick brick walls after raking out the joint including watering, curing for seven days with cost and conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work and royalities etc. complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Finishing wall surface with Weather Coat two coats over coat of primer including cost, conveyance, cess and royalties of all materials with labour and T&P required for the work etc., complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer In Charge.

Filling foundation and plinth with Excavated Earth in layers including watering and ramming etc including OH & T&P . complete as per direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.

Shifting of debris by mechanical Means within 5.00 Km lead with cost and conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work and royalities etc. complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge.
