Dismantling brick or stone masonry in lime or cement mortar under 3m height including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50m lead including cost, conveyance, royalties of all materials, cost of all labour, sundries, T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50 mm and disposal of scarified material with in all lifts and lead upto 1000 metres and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of embankment with approved materials obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads transporting to site by mechanical means within a lead of 5Km spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300.2 and clause No.305 of MoSRT&H specifications for Road & Bridge works (Latest Revision) and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Filling foundation and plinth with excavated earth including watering, ramming conveyance of all materials, labour T&P etc. required for the work complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing Close graded Granular subbase Grading-III material as per table 400-1, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision).

Providing Wet Mix Macadam using crushed stone aggregates/ screening materials as per approved drawing and technical specifications as per clause-406 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works(Latest Revision)and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer@ 0.60Kg/one Sqm using mechanical means as per clause 502 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (Latest Revision) and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor @0.20Kg/1Sqm on the prepared surface, cleaned with mechanical broom as per Clause 503 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (Latest Revision) and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 50mm thick Bituminous Macadam using crushed stone Grading-II materials and 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen as per Clause 504 of MoSRT&H Specification for Road and Bridge works (Latest Revision) and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 25mm thick Semi Dense Bituminous Concrete using crushed stone Grading-II materials and 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen as per Clause 508 of MoSRT&H Specification for Road and Bridge works (Latest Revision) and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermo plastic compound 2.5mmthick including reflectorising glass beads @250gm/Sqm thickness of 2.50 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC-35,Clause No.803 of MoRT&H Specification for Road and Bridge works (Latest Revision) and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work in excavation of foundation in hard soil as per drawing and technical specification including dressing and levelling the bed, sides and bottom and removing the excavated earth and depositing the same away from the work site within initial lead of 50m and initial lift of 1.5m, including cost, conveyance of all materials, all labour, T&P articles required for the work, including shoring, shuttering, propping and dewatering if required etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and filling in foundation trenches and plinth with sand well watered and rammed in layers not exceeding 23cm in depth with all lead and lift including cost conveyance, royalities of the material, cost of all labour, T&P etc. required for the work complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying of Dry lean Cement Concrete sub-base over a prepared sub grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS:383,the size of coarse aggregate from 25mm to 12.5mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per Table 600.1, cement content not to be less than 150Kg/Cum, OMC to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a concrete mixer, laid manually and compacted by vibrator and finished in a continuous operation and curing as per clause-601 of MoSRT&H Specification for Road & Bridge works (Latest Revision) including cost, conveyance, royalties, duties of all materials, all labour, T&P etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Construction of un-reinforced dowel jointed plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub-base with 43 grade cement @ 400 Kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregate confirming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm, mixed with concrete mixture as per approved mix of M-30 laid manually and compacted by vibrator and finished in a continuation operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, de-bonding strip dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing and as per Clause No.602, of MoSRT&H specification for Road and Bridge works (Latest Revision) including cost, conveyance, royalties, duties of all materials, all labour, T&P etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised cautionary,mandatory and informatory sign board as per IRC 67 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3 fixed over alluminium sheeting ,1.5mm thick supported on a Mild steel angle iron post 75mmx75mmx6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 45cmx45cmx60cm,60cm below ground level as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
