Providing ad laying RCC of M25 garde in foundation for CD work of controlled quality having minimum cube strength of 250 Kg/CM2 at 28 days using 20mm and down graded black hard granite crusher broken stone agrregates, clean rever sand from approved quarry and using minimum quantity of approved quality cement as per clause 303.5 of IRC -21-1987 and IS-456-1987 including hoisting , lowering and laying concrete in layers to the required thickness and compacting each layer by means of vibrator including watering, curring and cost convence royality taxes etc all complete including rigid centering, shutering but excluding cost of reinforcement as per section 900,1000,1500,1700, 2200 & 2300 of MORT&H specification for road and bridge work (latest revision) and direction of Engineer in charge

Providing and laying R.C.C M-30 grade in wearing coat including cost of steel reinforcement for finished item of work as per approved drawing and technical specifications complete in all respect as per Section 900,1500,1600 & 2702 of MoRT&H specifications for Road & Bridge works (Latest Revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying,straightening ,cutting,fitting and placing in position coiled or bend up M.S. rod / HYSD bars confirming to grade Fe-500, (Confirming to ISI specification) and jointing if necessary by lapping and tying the grills and placing in position as required for RCC work as per approved design, hoisting, lowering and laying in position including cost conveyance & taxes of M.S. rod / tor steel (Primary Producer like- SAIL /RINL /TATA /JINDALSTEEL /SHYAM STEEL) make and binding wire of 18 to 20 gauge (as approved by the deptt. as per Section - 1000 and 1600 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (Latest Revision) & including cost of all materials,labour, T&P, etc. complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Providing weep wholes in plain/reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall/return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V:20H towards drawing foce. Complete as per drawing and section 2200 & 2706 of MORT&H specification for road and bridge work (latest revision) and direction of Engineer in charge

Providing and laying of filter media using 45mm size hard granite crusher broken stone aggregates to the required thickness with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and providing over the entire surface behind abutment, wing wall and return wall of CD works to the full height compacted to a firm condition as per drawing and technical specifications complete in all respect satisfying the requirements laid down in Clause 2504.2.2 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (Latest Revision) including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, laying gravel backing to aprons & revetments and providing filter material using gravel underneath pitching in slopes as per approved drawing and technical specifiactions complete in all respect as per Section 900, 1000 & 2500 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (Latest Revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc. complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Reinforced cement concrete M-20 grade crash barrier at the edges of the road, approaches to bridge structures and medians, constructed with M-20 grade concrete with HYSD reinforcement conforming to IRC:21 and dowel bars 25 mm dia, 450 mm long at expansion joints filled with pre-moulded asphalt filler board, keyed to the structure on which it is built and installed as per design given in the enclosure to MOST circular No. RW/NH - 33022/1/94-DO III dated 24 June 1994 as per dimensions & as specified section 811,900,1000,1500,1600,1700 & 2300 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (Latest Revision) including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing drainage spouts in deck slab with 100 mm diameter G.I pipe for finished item of work as per approved drawing and technical specifications complete in all respect as per Clause 2705 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (Latest Revision) including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting two coats with synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer of approved quality at any elevation on kerb, guard post and other structures etc for the finished item of work as per technical specifications complete in al lrespect as per Section 800 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (Latest Revision) including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth upto 300mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable materials to be used or auctioned upto a lead of 1000metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm in thickness as per Clause 201 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works Latest Revision & including cost of all labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of embankment with approved materials obtained from borrow pits with all leads and lifts transporting to site,spreading, grading to required slope and compacting at OMC by Vibratory Roller to meet the requirement of Table-300.2 as per approved drawing and technical specifications complete in all respect as per Section 900 and Clause 305 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (latest Revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc. complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of granular Sub-base by providing Coarse graded Granular sub-base Grading-IV material as per table 400-1 ,spreading in unifrom layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC , and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per approved drawing and technical specifications complete in all respect as per Section 900 and Clause 401 of MoRT&H Specifications for road & Bridge works(latest Revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc. complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing wet mix macadum using crushed stone aggregates as per approved drawing and technical specification complete in all respect as per Section 900 and Clause 406 of MoRT&H Specifications for road & Bridge works(latest Revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc. complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with Medium setting bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base, including clearing road surface and spraying primer @ 0.60 Kg/ Sqm using mechanical means as per approved drawing and technical specifications complete in all respect as per Section 900, Clause 501.5.2 & 502 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (Latest Revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with Medium setting bitumen emulsion on the prepared bituminous/ granular surface including cleaning with mechanical broom and spraying bitumen emulsion @ 0.20 Kg/ Sqm using mechanical means as per approved drawing and technical specifications complete in all respect as per Section 900, Clause 501.5.2 & 503 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (Latest Revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete grading-II with minimum capacity of 60-90 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per approved drawing and technical specification complete in all respect as per Section 900 and clause 508 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (latest Revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc. complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & laying sub-base with Moorum in layers not exceeding 225mm watering and compacting to the required density in O.M.C with Vibratory Roller including cost and conveyance of sub base materials as per Clause 408 & 901 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (Latest Revision) & including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete in all respect and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete of propertion (1:3:6) in foundation using 40mm nominal size clean hard black cursher broken granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry including lowering laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm thick to the required level ramming watering curing centering & shuttering etc. complete including cost conveyance royalty taxes of all materials and all labour T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
