Cement concrete of proportion (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 4cm (1 ½”) size clean hard black crusher broken granite stone metal of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15 cm. (6”) thick to the required level ramming, watering, curing etc. complete including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials with all labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect.

R.C.C. work of M-15 grade using 40mm to 10mm size black hard crusher broken granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete in layers, watering, curing etc. complete including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials with labour and T&P etc. required for the work complete.

R.C.C. work of prop.M-20 in carnicsh works using 12mm to 20mm (1/2” to 3/ 4”) size (20mm not to exceed 25%) hard black crusher broken granite stone chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying and compacting concrete, watering and curing, centering, shuttering and finishing the exposed surfaces smooth with cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes of all materials with all labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect but excluding the cost and conveyance of M.S. rods or Tor steel and binding wire of 18 to 20 gauge and labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending, binding and tying the grills and placing in proper position.

Straightening bent up or coiled M.S. rod or HYSD steel (Fe-500), cutting, bending, cranking, hooking, welding or jointing (if required), the M.S. rod or HYSD steel and binding, tying the grills, hoisting, lowering and placing in proper position as required for R.C.C. works including cost, conveyance and taxes of M.S. rod or HYSD steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge and labour with all T&P required for the work etc. complete in all floors (weight of binding wires will not be considered for payment and payment will be made on weight of M.S. rod or HYSD steel only. S.A.I.L. steel of Fe-500 is to be used in the work)

12mm (½”) thick cement plaster (1:6) finished smooth to outside smooth surface of brick walls after raking out the joint including watering and curing with cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials with all labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of tile in floors of approved make conforming to IS:13755 laid on floors, treads of steps and landing on 20mm thick bed of cement mortar (1:4) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing etc. complete with cost, conveyance, labour T&P and taxes of all materials complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charges.

Vetrified tile (Premium grade) (60cm x 60cm Plain)

Chequared tile (Leather Polished) (30cmx30cm)

Supplying, fitting and fixing tile in dado/skirting approved make conforming to IS:13755 on 12mm thick cement plaster (1:3) joined with neat cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shade of the tiles, etc. complete including cost, conveyance, taxes & royalties of all materials, labour with T&P complete in all respect.

Vetrified tiles (Premium grade) (60cmx60cm Plain)

Fly Ash brick masonry in cement mortar (1:6) in F&P using Fly Ash bricks of 23cmx11cmx8cm size having a crushing strength of not less than 75 kg/cm2 with dimensional tolerance ± 8% including splays cutting circular moulding chamfering and corbelling and similar such type of works with all necessary projections watering and curing after immersing the bricks in water at least for six hours before use including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials with all labour and T&P required for the work complete in all respect in all floors.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of iron grills, in doors windows ventilators with cost of all materials & labour, taxes, T&P, sundries etc. complete in all respect as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of Stainless Steel Mosquito net for windows etc including alluminium beading with cost of all materials & labour, taxes, T&P, sundries etc. complete in all respect as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of 6mm thick plain A.C. sheet including all iron fittings and screws, nails required for the work with cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials with labour and T&P etc. required for the work complete in all floors.

Supplying fitting and fixing of road indicator/ reflector in trees as a cautionary signage made out of 3mm thick Aluminium Composite Material (ACM) sheet sheet 100mm x 100mm size duly coated one side loaded with prerssure sensitive encapsulated lens type high intensive grade retro-reflective sheeting complete as per MoRT&H techinical specification clause 801.3 and IRC-67/2001 including cost conveynace royalty & taxes of all materilas labour T&P etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Disposal of Excaavated earth by mechanical means upto 5 km distance from work site in initial lead and lift etc complete including cost of all labour and T&P required for the works etc. complete as per specification and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

E.I. Work

Supply of 8mtr high Octagonal pole shall be designed to withstand the maximum wind speed as per IS 875 and BSEN 40-3-3:2003. Octagonal Poles made from HT Steel Conforming to grade S355 & having thicknessof 3mm.Top dia 70mm & Bottom dia 155mm single sharp welding with base plate dimension 260x260x16 mm & Base Plate must be Fe 410 conforming to IS 2062, foundation bolts must EN 8 grade & bolts size must be 4X24mm dia,PCD 270mm,Bolt length 750mm long.The door opening of the pole should be reinforced,water proofed & with locking arrangement & arrangement of in build junction box with 2nos 6Amp MCB (mcbs make should be HPL/HAVELL / L&T/SIEMENS/LEGRAND/ABB) & terminal box with provision for connection of earth & nutral on 5mm thick fiber plate which will be kept in side the pole for termination of cable & wire.The poles shall be hot dip galvanized as per BS EN ISO 1461 standards with average coating thickness of 70 micron.The pole testing facility shall conform to BS EN 40-3-2-2000 part 3-2. Supply of 1000mm long hot dip galvanised decorative Double arm bracket model similar to sword type along with FRP dome & head encloser.Octagonal pole make should be BAJAJ/Valmont/Transrail or its equivalent to other company

Supply & wiring of 3C X 2.5sqmm2 PVC insulated &FR PVC round sheathed fexible Cu conductor Cable,1.1KV, conforming to IS:694 required for junction box to light fitting make should be havells/ KEI/Finolexs/ polycab.complete work in all aspects.

Construction of foundation of street light pole with supply of all materials such as steel reinforcement , metal, chips, cement , sand, cable entry pipe, shuttering for RCC work(1:1.5:3) with labour charges for construction including erection and commissioning of pole wire arm to proper alignment as per approved drawings

s/f of earthing with G.I earth pipe 3m long 40mm dia ISI marked including accessories and providing masonary enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal and salt as per requirement.

Supply, delivery & installation of NO-6 GI wire coil earthing with supply of all earthing materials such as charcoal ,salt and other necessary earthing materials ,labour.

Supply & laying of 1.1 KV, AYFY 4 x 16sqmm Aluminium Armoured Cable through making of cable trench/63mm OD HDPE pipe ,loop in loop out from pole to pole. cable make havells/KEI/Finolex/polycab.complete the work in all aspect of required of jointing kit,lug,gland,require completion of civil work etc.

Supply & laying of 1.1kV Grade, XLPE insulated, armoured, Aluminium main Power Cable size of 3.5Cx25Sqmm through GI pipe midium duty for laying of cable below roaAd /drain crossing etc 100mm dia for road crossing.cable make havells/ KEI/Finolex/ polycab. complete in all aspect of required of jointing kit,lug,gland,required completion of civil work etc.

S/F of 90W LED street light fitting (MAKE Havell model endura cityliner neo ot its equivalent to PHILIPS or Crompton)

Supply,transportation, delivery, commissioning and testing double type panel board madeout of 16WG CR sheet size 900mm×200mm×900mm designed for outdoor mounting subject to protection of rain fall, painted with one coat of red oxide paint wiyh following items. 1. 100A TPN MCCB-1No 2. 100A TPN Contactor-1No 3. Timer switch-1No 4. 32A DP MCB -3Nos 5. Indicating lamps -3Nos (RYB). Internal wiring of panel should be done in 10sqmm copeer wire
