R.C.C. M-20 grade in Deck slab of C.D. Work as per approved Drawing & Technical Specifications and as per Section -1500, 1700 & 2300 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (Latest Revision).

Providing & fixing in position RCC Crash barrier monolithic with slab M-40 grade of 1100mm height above slab including cost, conveyance, royality of all materials & cost of all labour, machinery etc complete as per approved Drawing & Technical Specifications and Section 1500, 1600, 2300 & Clause- 2703 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision).

RCC M-30 grade in wearing coat including steel reinforcement of CD work with formwork using 20 to 10mm size crushed stone aggregates mixed by Batching plant, laying in layers and compacting including cost, conveyance, royality of all materials & cost of all labour, machinery etc complete as per approved Drawing & Technical Specifications and Section 1500, 1600, 2300 & Clause- 2702 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision).

Straightening bent up or coiled M.S. rod or HYSD steel (Fe-415 / Fe-500), cutting, bending, cranking, hooking, welding or jointing (if required), the M.S. rod or HYSD steel and binding, tying the grills, hoisting, lowering and placing in proper position as per drawing & design required for R.C.C. works including cost, conveyance and taxes of M.S. rod or HYSD steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge and labour with all T&P required for the work etc. complete as per approvrd drawing and technical specification and as per clause-1600 of MoSRTH specification for road & bridge works (Latest Revision ) complete in all respect as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.(weight of binding wires will not be considered for payment and payment will be made on weight of M.S. rod or HYSD steel only. Steel bars of only MAJOR INTEGRATED STEEL PLANTS like SAIL, RINL, TATA, JINDAL & SHYAM STEEL etc. of Fe-415 / Fe-500 grade are to be used in the work & if required original bill of . steel has to be produced by the contractor)

Providing Weep Holes as per approved Drawing & Technical Specifications and as per Section 2700 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (Latest Revision).

Providing and laying Filter Media with stone aggregates of 45mm size HB Stone satisfying requirements laid down in as per approved Drawing & Technical Specifications and Clause 2504.2.2 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (Latest Revision).

Gravel backing to revetments including cost, conveyance, royality of all materials & cost of all labour etc complete as per approved Drawing & Technical Specifications and Clause - 2504 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision).

Rough stone dry packing in approns and revetment with hard granite stone 30cm and above size. including cost, conveyance, royality of all materials with cost of all labour etc complete as per approved Drawing & Technical Specifications and Section -1400 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision).

Cement painting two coats over a coat of cement wash of approved shade for finished item of work as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats with enamel paints over a coat of primer in kerb of approved shade for finished item of work as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2.

Providing and laying sub-base with moorum in layers not excceeding 100mm watering and compacting to the required density in OMC with PRR but exlcluding cost and conveyance of sub base materials.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded material, grade-VI and spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401.

Providing, laying spreading and compacting graded stone agreegrate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/ granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

Providing Bituminous Macadam of grading -2 using crushed stone Gr.-2 materials & 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, preparing preemixed materials with hot mix plant, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled including cost, conveyance, royality of all materials & cost of all labour, machinery etc complete as per clauses 501 and 504 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision).

Providing and laying semi dense bitumenous concrete with 100 - 120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bitumenous binder @ 4.5 to 5 percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tanden rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 508 complete in all respects.

Grouting approns and revetments using 23 cm deep with using cement concrete (1:3:6) using 25mm size hard broken granite metal including watering and curing and cost, carriage, royality, taxes of all materials, labour, T&P etc complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
