Providing and fixing Sliding Windows of approved make to be fabricated from roll formed sections made of pre painted steel (base steel as per IS-53 of 0.6 mm thick "D" quality, galvanised as per IS-277 with zinc of 120 Gm/Sqm) with Total coated thickness of 0.55mm Slide guide section should be made of 0.5mm stainless steel of 430 grade, with paint specification being with primer of 5-7 microns and finished paint with polyster paint (Black/ Pearl white/ Chocolate Brown) of 12-16 microns alongwith the alkyd backer at the back of 5-7 microns and the Sections for external frame bottom and top should be of 79x45mm, external frame sides should be of 69x24mm, guide for top and bottom should be of 69x26mm(stainless steel) Section for shutter should be of 26x30mm. Sash bar should be of 23x57mm Accessories/ gaskets are to be used as per the manufacturers supply and specification like handle being made of high grade aluminium powder ccoated and with nylon receiver and gasket will be made of EPDM. All corner brackets for internal & external are to be made of glass filled nylon. The sections are to be cut to length,joined and assembled by means of corner bracet and frames are fixed to the concrete/ masonary walls by means of self expanding screws and glass to be used 5mm acraulic sheet / reflective including labour cess but excluding GST complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing 12mm thick Gypsum board ceiling with G.I. perimeter channels of size 0.55 thick having one flange of 20mm and another flange of 30mm and a web of 27mm alongwith perimeter of ceiling, screw fixed to brick wall /partition with the help of nylon sleeves and Screws, at 610mm centres. The suspending G.I. intermediate channels of size 45mm, 0.9mm thick with two flanges of 15mm each from the soffite at 1220mm centres with ceiling angle of width 25mm x 10mm x 0.55 thick fixed to soffite with G.I. cleat and steel expansion fastners at every 610mm c/c Celling sections of 0.55mm thickness having knurled web of 51.5mm and two flanges of 26mm each with lips of 10.5mm are then fixed to intermediate channel with the help of connecting clip and in direction perpendicular to the intermediate channel at 457mm centres. 12.5mm tapered edge Gypboard is then screw fixed to ceiling section with 25mm drywall screws driver or drilling machine with suitable attachment. Filling and finishing the tapered and square edge of the boards with jointing compound & joint paper tape including labour cess but excluding GST complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
