Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lead and lifts, transporting to site by mechanical means within a lead of 5 km., spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 & Clause 305 of MoSRT&H specifications etc. complete.

Earth work in excavation of foundation in hard soil with all leads and lifts including dressing and leveling the bed and depositing the excavated materials at places away from work site with all leads and lifts including cost of all labour and T&P required for the work etc., complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Filling the Foundation and Plinth, sides of foundation, etc. with excavated materials (excluding rock), in layers not exceeding 0.225 m in depth including cost of watering, ramming, dressing and levelling the top to proper level & gradient, cost of labour, conveyance, taxes, loading, unloading, T&P, etc, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and filling with sand in foundation and plinth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, well watered and compacted , top surface dressed and levelled to proper level and gradient including cost of all materials, conveyance, taxes, royalties, loading, unloading, cost of all labour, T&P, etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and lying Plain Cement Concrete of proportion (1:3:6) in foundation & floor using 40 mm & down grade black hard crusher broken granite stone metal, washed and screened sharp sand of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying the concrete, ramming, watering and curing etc. complete to required thickness including cost of all materials, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties, taxes, cost of labours, T&P, hire & running charges of concrete mixer, etc. all complete as per the direction of the Engineer -in -charge.

Sub structure

Providing, lifting, hoisting and laying in position Machine Batched , Machine Mixed and Machine Vibrated Design mix Cement Concrete of M-30 Including the cost of Centering and Shuttering (minimum cement content not less than 407Kg/Cum) grade in reinforced cement concrete structural elements using black hard crusher broken granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry including mixing and compacting to proper shape and size, level and plumbs and finishing the exposed surfaces smooth including the cost of all materials, cost of labour, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties, watering and curing for the required period, T&P , hire & running charges of concrete mixer and vibrator, cost of Admixtures in recommended proportions ( as per IS 9103 ) to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge but excluding the cost of steel reinforcement.

Providing & fixing TOR Fe-500 HYSD Reinforcement bars (SAIL /TATA /RINL) of required diameter and approved quality for Reinforced Cement Concrete work including straightening, cutting, bending, binding, welding(if approved) , joining (if necessary), tying the grills, hoisting, lowering and placing in position as per the approved design & drawings (BBS) with provision of standard fan hooks including the cost of all materials, cost of all labour, conveyance, taxes, loading, unloading, cost of binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge, T&P, etc, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (Linear measurements will be taken & quantity will be calculated on standard weight. Lap length of bars & Weight of binding wire will not be considered for measurement and payment.)

Providing and laying Brick masonry work in Superstructure using Fly-Ash bricks confirming to IS 12894 and IS 2212 in cement mortar (1:6) affter immersing the bricks for minimum 6 hours in water before use, with all necessary projections, splays cutting, circular moulding, corbelling, etc. as per the drawings including the cost of all materials, cost of all labour, conveyance, all taxes, royalties, loading, unloading, scaffolding, staging, watering and curing, sundries, T&P, etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 12mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) to the surface of brick masonry wall including racking out joints, scraping and cleaning the surface and finishing the plaster surface smooth using wooden floats, bars, etc only to proper plumbs and level and making grooves, beads and drip coarse to give required ornamental finish as per drawings including cost of all materials, conveyance, loading and unloading, taxes, royalties, cost of labour, scaffolding, staging, watering before plastering and curing, sundries and T&P, etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 16mm thick cement plaster on external surfaces of brick surfaces in two coats consisting of under layer 12mm thick in CM 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)including racking out joints, scraping and cleaning the surface and finishing the plaster surface smooth using wooden floats only to proper plumbs and level and making grooves, beads and drip coarse to give required ornamental finish as per drawings including cost of all materials, conveyance, loading and unloading, all taxes and royalties, all labour, scaffolding, watering and curing, sundries and T&P etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing wall surface with two coats of weather coat over a coat of cement priming including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour T&P, hire charges of machine, all taxes etc all completes in all respects as per the direction of Engineer charges.

Supplying, fitting & fixing of M.S. grill made out of M.S. flats/square bars including wheel track, gear, bearing etc. as per drawing and design fixed in position to proper plumb, including a coat of priming with approved quality metallic primer, materials including cost, conveyance, taxes, transportation of all materials, cost of all labour, sundries, T&P etc. complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and Painting two coats with synthetic enamel paint of approved make, quality and shade on new Steel work to give an even shade over an under coat of primer of approved brand and manufacturer including the cost of all materials, cost of all labour, conveyance, taxes, loading, unloading, scaffolding, staging, T&P, etc, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Note- colour and shade shall be approved before procurement and use.)

Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia 10 metre openable length ( total length 90 m), having 50 nos rounds per 6 metre length, upto 3 m height of wall with existing angle iron 'Y' shaped placed 2.4m or 3.00 m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T. reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, with reinforced barbed tape(R.B.T.) / Spring core (2.5mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/ sq.mm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/ metre

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.
