Earthwork excavation of foundation in ordinary soil including levelling & dressing the bed up to the required depth & removing the excavated earth & depositing the same away from the work site within initial lead of 50 mtr & initial lift of 1.5 mtr, including cost, conveyance of all materials, labour T&P articles required for the work including shoring, shuttering, propping & dewatering if required, etc. complete in all respect as per the specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and filling in foundation trenches and plinth with sand well watered and rammed in layers not exceeding 23cm in depth with all lead and lift including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, sundries, T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete of proportion (1:3:6) in foundation and floors with 4 cm. size black hard crusher broken granite stone metal and screened and washed sharp sand for mortar of approved quality and from approved quarry, washed and cleaned including hoisting, lowering, laying concrete, ramming, watering and curing etc. complete to required levels laid in layers not exceeding 15 cm. thick in each layer including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labours, sundries, T&P required for the work including shoring, shuttering and dewatering if required including hire & running charges of all machineries required for the work etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer -in -charge.

Cement concrete (1:2:4) with 12mm. size hard granite chips of approved quality including watering, curring, centring and shuttering, cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials, labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Flyash brick masonry in cement mortar of mix (1:6) with cement and screened & washed sand for mortar after immersing the bricks in water before use in foundation and plinth/ Superstructure including splays cutting, circular moulding, corbelling, chamfering and similar such type of works, watering and curing etc. including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, scaffolding, sundries, T&P required for the works etc. complete in all respect as direction by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & fitting fixing of indian class 4 110 mm dia rigid PVC pipe including cost, conveyance, T&P etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing 16 mm. thick cement plaster in all floors at all height with cement mortar of mix (1:6) and finished smooth to the rough surface of brick masonry walls after racking out joints including watering and curing rounding of corners etc. complete with cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P, sundries and scaffolding required for the work etc. complete in all respect with providing grooves as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing 12 mm. thick cement plaster with neat cement punning in all floors at all height with cement mortar of mix (1:4) with ordinary Portland cement (OPC) and with screened and washed sharp sand for mortar and finished smooth to the rough surface of brick masonry walls after racking out joints including watering and curing rounding of corners etc. complete with cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P, sundries and scaffolding required for the work etc. complete in all respect with providing grooves as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing fitting, fixing water proof Tarpoline in roof & walling of approved quality etc. complete as directed by the Engineer -in -charge.

R.C.C. M-20 in following items in Foundation & plinth and superstructure having minimum compressive strength (in work test) 300kg/ CM² in 15cm x 15cm x 15cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and test, conducted in accordance with I.S.456 and I.S.516 using 12mm to 20mm size black hard crusher broken granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry (20mm size not exceeding 25%) screened and washed sharp sand for mortar, to be mixed in concrete mixture with cement including hoisting, lowering, laying and compacting, concrete by using vibrators watering & curing for 28 days, centering & shuttering, finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves or beads wherever necessary including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour, sundries T&P required for the work etc, complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-charge but excluding cost and conveyance of M.S. Rod/Tor Steel and binding wires, and labour charges for bending, binding and tying the grills and placing in position.

Cutting, Straightening coiled or bent up M.S. rods or Tor steel welding or jointing if necessary, bending, binding, tying the grills as required for R.C.C. works, providing fan hooks where necessary and hoisting, lowering and placing in proper position according to approved designs and drawings including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, taxes of M.S. rods or Tor steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge required for the work and cost of all labour, sundries, T&P and scaffolding complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in charge (payment will be made according to the actual weight of M.S. rod / Tor steel consumed in the work and no separate payment will be made towards weight of binding wires which is to be borne by the contractor at his own cost).

Providing 2.5 cm (1”) thick A.S. flooring with C.C. (1:2:4) laid to proper slope by using 12 mm size black hard broken granite stone chips of approved quality and from approved quarry including punning, watering and curing for 28 days with cost, conveyance, royalties & taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P required for the work complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing fitting and fixing of temporary tent structure using bamboo frame with cloth celling on hire basis

Supply fitting fixing of Indian PAN etc completed as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Providing fitting & fixing of syphonic P Trap

Providing fitting & fixing of CP short body bipcock

Providing fitting & fixing of 1" dia PVC Pipe

Providing tent for officials with bamboo frame coveered with tarpolines and cloth ceeling, cloth walling with other requisits and dismentalling the same after end of the event and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providng and laying quarry dust rolling with HRR including cost and conveyance of sub base materials, hire and running charges of HRR, labour, T&P required for the work as per specification and direction of Engineer-in Charge
