Supplying and filling in foundation trenches and plinth with coarse river sand well watered and rammed in layers not exceeding 23 cm. in depth with all leads and lifts including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, sundries, T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Cement concrete of proportion (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 25mm. size black hard (crusher broken) granite stone metal of approved quality and from approved quarry including lowering, laying concrete, watering and curing etc. complete to required levels laid in layers not exceeding 6” thick including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labours, watering and curing, sundries and T&P required for the work etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete of prop.(1:1½:3) in foundation and floors using 12mm to 20mm size black hard (crusher broken) granite chips (20mm size not to exceed 25%) of approved quality from approved quarry including laying & compacting concrete, watering and curing including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour, sundries and T&P. etc. required for the work complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in charge.

R.C.C. M-30 grade in wearing coatusing 20mm & downgraded hgcb chips in C.D. works and structural works as per approved drawing and Section 1500, 1700 & 2700 of MORT&H specification for road and bridge works (Latest Revision) with cost , conveyance royalties and taxes of all including cost of materials , cost of reinforcement & all labour T&P etc complete as direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Reinforced cement concrete of M-20 grade as per approved designs and drawings having a minimum compressive strength (in work test) of 200kg/cm2 in 15 cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and test conducted in accordance with I.S. 456 and I.S. 516 using 12 mm. to 20 mm. size black hard crusher broken granite chips (20 mm. size chips not to exceeds 25 % ) and screened and washed sharp sand for mortar of approved quality from approved quarry to be mixed in concrete mixture including hoisting, lowering, laying and compacting concrete by using vibrators, watering and curing for 28 days, centering and shuttering then after dismantling and removing debrises from the work site and finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves or beads wherever necessary including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labours, sundries, T&P, required for the work etc. complete but excluding cost and conveyance of M.S. rods or Tor steel and binding wires and labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending etc. of M.S. rods or Tor steel tying the grills and placing in proper position as directed by the Engineer in charge. Cutting, straightening coiled or bent up M.S. rods, HYSD steel or Tor Steel welding or jointing if necessary, bending, binding, tying the grills as required for RCC works, and hoisting, lowering and placing in proper position according to approved designs and drawings including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, taxes of M.S. rods, HYSD steel or Tor steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge required for the work and cost of all labour, sundries, T&P and scaffolding complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge (payment will be made according to the actual weight of M.S. rod, HYSD steel or Tor steel consumed in the work and no separate payment will be made towards weight of binding wires which is to be borne by the contractor at his own cost).

Carriage of excavated/over burden earth and/or dismantled debrises from the site and disposing off the same within 5 km. lead by mechanical transportation including hire and running charges of machineries, cost of all labour, sundries and T&P. etc. required for the work complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying fitting and fixing of cautionary Road sign board with 900mm side equilateral triangular board made out of 4mm thick Aluminium Composite materials (ACM) sheet duly coated one side and over lay of coloured electro seathing of approved colour scheme with high intensity grade retroreflective seathing complete as per MORTH technical specification with angle iron frame (65x65x6mm ) thick with single angle iron post as per specification of IRC-67 including application of two coats of enamel paint of approved quality over a coat of red oxide primer fixed with M-20 grade cement concrete base of 300mm dia 600mm depth size of each post as per approved drawing including cost , conveyance, labour , royalty , T&P and taxes of all materials etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
