Providing concrete for plain/ reinforced concrete in open foundatin complete asper drawing and MORD technical specification clause 800-1100-1200 and asper the direction of Engineer in charge (PCC M-15)

Construction of un-reinforced, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub-base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2, M30 (grade) coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the form work as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars near approaches to bridges and culverts (expansion joints), admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14 days, curing compound and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501.

Providing and fixing guard post with 150mm dia RCC made with RCC of M15 including cost conveyance royalty etc complete. Asper direction of Engineer in charge.

Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures up to 3.0mtr as per drawing and technical specification clause 1104 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing removal of stumps and other deleterious matter dressing of sides etc complete as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

Back filling in foundation trenches as per drawing and technical specification clause 1108 and 305.3.9 of MORD specification etc complete asper direction of Engineer in charge.

Plain cement conctrete (1:3:6) nominal mix in levelling course below open foundation of head walls as per drawings and technical specification clause 802,803,1109,1202,1203 of MoRD specification and direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying reinforce cement concrete Pipe NP3 of 600mm dia for culverts on first class bedding of granualr material in single row incuding fixing collar with cement mortar (1:2) but excluding excavation protectin works back filling concrete and masonary works in head walls etc complete asper direction of Engineer in charge.

Plain cement concrete in foundation, Nominal mix (1;2.5:5) complete as per drawings and technical specification clauses 802,804,805,806,.807,1202 and 1204 etc complete.

Plain cement concrete in sub structure, Nominal mix (1;2.5:5) complete as per drawings and technical specification clauses 802,804,805,806,.807,1202 and 1204 etc complete.
