RCC of design mix of M-300grade having specified characteristics compressive strength/ target mean strength of 300kg./cm2 in design mix with minimum quantity of cement as specified in IRC Code of 150 mm. cubes at 28 days curing after mixing & tests conducted in accordance with relevant clauses of IS 456/IS 516/IRC 216/1987/IRC-78/1983 using crusher broken hard granite course aggregate of 12 mm to 20mm. .sizes & proportion as specified in clause-302.6.2 of IRC 21/1987 & IS-10262 & subject to mix design in conformity with the grading & proportion of different materials for concrete as specified in the relevant codes of approved quality, obtained from approved quarry & using minimum quantity of cement confirming to codal provision including hoisting, lowering & laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm thick compacting with vibrators watering & curing for 28 days including water tight steel centering , shuttering

& form works finishing the exposed surface smooth providing beads & grooves wherever necessary including cost, conveyance royalties and all other taxes of all materials with all leads & lifts, cost of all labour T&P & machineries etc. required for the work including dewatering if necessary, complete in all respects as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge but excluding cost, conveyance of tor steel & binding wire & labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending, binding welding & tying the grills lapping spacing etc. where ever necessary & hoisting & placing in position ( to be paid separately as required for RCC works)

APPROACH SLAB

Providing fitting & fixing expansion joints with M.S. Angles 75mm. X 75 mm. X 6 mm. at the edges of the slab with suitable anchoring arrangements by 12mm. M.S. Bars as per MOST design & drawing including fitting, fixing & welding with 6 mm. plates & filling joints of wearing coat with bitumen joint filler 12 mm. thick & joint sealing compound at top including painting of exposed surface of M.S. covered plates with anticorrosive bitumanstic paint etc. with cost, conveyance taxes of all materials labour & T&P etc. complete in all respects as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, fitting, fixing precast RCC guard post of 150 mm dia 1.00 m long in RCC (1:2:4) using 12 mm size HG chips in position etc with cost, conveyance, royality and other taxes of all materials and cost of all labour T&P required for the work complete in all respects & as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing C.I Grading to holes in deck slabs size upto 15 cm dia for drainage of water including cost of materials & t&p required for the work etc. all complete as per direction of the EIC.

Supplying , fitting, fixing in position Neoprene bearing of approved design & specification at the desined level including fixing with resin of required grade & stength/ holding down bolts etc. all complete as per direction of the EIC.

Gravel backing to revetments & slopes of road embankment with good laterite conveyance of moorum from stocks at work site or at approved stacking yards etc. all complete as per direction of the EIC.

Supply of HYSD bars confirming to grade S-415 cutting bending, binding, lapping, splicing, welding etc. (conforming to ISI specification) & jointing if necessary by lapping & tying the grills & placing in position as required for RCC works as per the approved design, hoisting, lowering & laying position including cost & conveyance of tor steel & binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge(as to be approved by the Deptt.) etc. complete (weight of binding wire shall not be considered for payment at all which will be borne by the contractor (standard CO-efficient of different sizes of the steel shall be considered & welding & lapping should confirm to relevant clause of IRC-21/1987)

Painting two coats over a coat of primer with approved cement paint and primer to the guard post railing etc. all complete as per direction of the EIC.

Cement washing two coats over a coat of primer with approved paint and primer to the over walls of pier & abutments etc. all complete as per direction of the EIC.

Providing weep holes in the abutment & wing walls 8.00cm. X 23.00cm. size including metal spall backing 30cm X 30cm. size in rear complete as per the approved design & drawing including providing centering & shuttering with cost, conveyance, royality & taxes of all materials T&P articles etc. complete in all respects as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Back filling behind abutments, wing walls, & return walls complete including all cost, carriage, royality etc. all complete as per direction of the EIC.

Earth work in all kinds of soil with approved materials obtained from borrow pits with all leads and lifts transporting to site, including carriage by mechanical means spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of 300.1 & 300.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 301/303 of MORD and as per direction of E.I.C

With 5 extra lead and initial lift

Supplying & filling good clean river sand inside the well / approach road including watering to complete saturation & ramming complete with all leads and lifts including cost conveyance etc. all complete as per direction of the EIC.

Providing granular sub-base using gravel having CBR value not less than 20 & PI value not more than 6 mix with required proportion of sand of approved quality including quarrying, collecting, conveying & stacking at work site or at approved stacking yard beyond the trafficable berms for premeasurement good laterite moorum of approved quality from approved quarry including cost, conveyance, royalty & taxes including cost of T&P articles required for the work etc. complete & labour for conveying from stacks, stacked at work site or at approved stacking yard spreading moorum in layers not exceeding 23cm. thickness watering & compacting to the required density at OMC with power road roller including cost & carriage of water, all T&P articles with hire & running charges of machineries such as PRR etc. required for the work complete in all respect as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge ( quantities should be stacked in regular box heaps of size 1.5m. X 1.5m. X 0.5m. to be measured as one cum)

Providing 75mm. compacting thickness metalling with following size of metal including quarrying, collecting, conveying & stacking at work site or at approved stacking yard beyond the trafficable berms for premeasurement of hard stone metal of approved quality from approved quarry including cost, conveyance, royalty & taxes including cost of T&P articles required for the work etc. complete & labour for conveying from stacks,stacked at work site or at approved stacking yard spreading & laying metal of all sizes in layers to proper camber & grade including hand packing & compacting with PRR conveying moorum from stacks,filling the interstics spreading the same over the metalled surface in required quantities watering,including carriage of water consolidating with PRR including hire & running charges of PRR & all other machineries cost & conveyance of water T&P articles excluding the cost of metal & moorum required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge (measurement will not be taken for quantity of filler materials, compacted thickness to be measured as 75mm. thick)

Providing bituminous Tack Coat of bituminous materials @ 2.5kg/ 10 Sqm on existing Bituminous surface including Cleaning the existing Bituminous surface complete as directed by the Engineer in charge and as per MORTH Technical Specification Clause No. 503 and 501.

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates using S-60/70 penetration grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 508 of MoRD including cost, lead, lift royality and taxes of all materials required for the work by manual means etc. complete and as per direction of the Engineer -in- charge.

Providing & applying premix seal coat using 0.06 cum of 6mm. Size chips & down graded as per sieve analysis & good river sand & 6.8 kg. of bitumen for 6.8kg. Of bitumen for 10sqm including hire & running charges of PRR & other machicries labour, T&P required for the work but excluding cost of bitumen etc. complete.

Earh work in excavation of foundation in all kind of soil including moorum & stoney earth & gravel mixed with boulders with all leads & lifts including dressing the sides, leveling the bed of the foundation to the required width & depth including shprong shuttering, propping bullahs pilling, dewatering from foundation supplying,working of pumps & all machinaries required for the work providing coffer dam if required and stacking the excavated materials away from the working area as per specification and direction of the EIC.

Cement concrete (1:3:6) in foundation and plinth with 4 cm crusher broken hard granite broken metal of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting lowering & laying in layers not exceeding 150 mm thick with proper packing and ramming each layer of concrete by means of vibrator including curing , dewatering ,shoring, shuttering if necessary at the time of laying concrete with cost, conveyance royality & taxes of all materials required for the work including supplying and working pumps T&P articles finishing the exposed surface smooth as per specification and direction of the EIC. groove and beads where necessary complete in all respect.

Rough stone dry packing in approns and revetments of approved designed thickness on slope using 30 cm & above size hard broken granite stones of approved quality etc. all complete as per direction of the EIC.
