R.C.C. M-30 in following items in Foundation & plinth and superstructure having minimum compressive strength (in work test) 300kg/ CM² in 15cm x 15cm x 15cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and test, conducted in accordance with I.S.456 and I.S.516 using 12mm to 20mm size black hard crusher broken granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry (20mm size not exceeding 25%) screened and washed sharp sand for mortar, to be mixed in concrete mixture with cement including hoisting, lowering, laying and compacting, concrete by using vibrators watering & curing for 28 days, centering & shuttering, finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves or beads wherever necessary including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour, sundries T&P required for the work etc, complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-charge but excluding cost and conveyance of M.S. Rod/Tor Steel and binding wires, and labour charges for bending, binding and tying the grills and placing in position.

Cutting, Straightening coiled or bent up M.S. rods or Tor steel welding or jointing if necessary, bending, binding, tying the grills as required for R.C.C. works, providing fan hooks where necessary and hoisting, lowering and placing in proper position according to approved designs and drawings including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, taxes of M.S. rods or Tor steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge required for the work and cost of all labour, sundries, T&P and scaffolding complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in charge (payment will be made according to the actual weight of M.S. rod / Tor steel consumed in the work and no separate payment will be made towards weight of binding wires which is to be borne by the contractor at his own cost).

Flyash brick masonry in cement mortar of mix (1:6) with cement and screened & washed sand for mortar after immersing the bricks in water before use in foundation and plinth/ Superstructure including splays cutting, circular moulding, corbelling, chamfering and similar such type of works, watering and curing etc. including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, scaffolding, sundries, T&P required for the works etc. complete in all respect as direction by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & laying 25mm thick grading concrete in CC(1:2:2) using 6mm down graded b.h.g. bajri chipps over roof slab on new work including watering & curring with cost,conveyance, royalities, and taxes of all materials,cost of all labour all T&P required for the work etc, complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 12mm thick cement plaster (1:4) over brick works with including watering & curring with cost, conveyance,royalities and taxes of all materials,cost of all labour all T&P required for the work etc, complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 12mm thick cement plaster (1:4) over brick works with neat cement punning & bitumen including watering & curring with cost, conveyance,royalities and taxes of all materials,cost of all labour all T&P required for the work etc, complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Fly ash Brick masonary (1:4) including splays cutting, circular moulding, corbelling, chamfering and similar such type of works, watering and curing etc. including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, scaffolding, sundries, T&P required for the works etc. complete in all respect as direction by the Engineer-in-charge.

Superstructure

Cement concrete (1:2:4) with 12mm. size hard granite chips of approved quality including watering, curring, centring and shuttering, cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials, labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing fitting and fixing in position G.I. square bar grill and gate of approved drawing and design including cutting bending the angles and flats to proper sizes welding, chamfering etc. including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, sundries and T&P etc. required for the work complete, as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Filling foundation and plinth with Excaveted Materials well watered and rammed including all costs etc complete.

4cm thick grading concrete in C.C. (1:2:4) with chiken wire mess over roof slab mixed with sika latex using 12mm size & down graded c.b chips including cost carriage of all materials, labour, T&P etc, complete.

Finishing wall surface with water proofing weather coat paint two coats over a coat of primer of approved paint & approved shade by means of brush to inside or outside surface of walls after cleaning the surface including watering and curing, scaffolding etc. complete including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials with labour, T&P, sundries etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting two coats with enamel paint over a coat of priming of approved quality and approved shade confirming to ISI on steel/wood works to give an even shade in all floors at all height including sand papering and making the surface smooth with cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, sundries T&P scaffolding etc. required for the work complete in all respect as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
