Flyash brick masonary in C.M.(1:6) in Foundation & Plinth using 9" size flyash bricks including splays cutting, circular moulding, champering and corbelling, watering and curing etc., complete including cost, conveyance , cess and DMF, EMF, additional charges, royalities of all materials with labour and T&P required for the work complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

R.C.C.work of Grade M-20 having minimum compressive strength in work test of 200kg/Cm2 in 15cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and tests conducted in accordance with IS 456 & IS 516 using 20mm down graded size black crusher broken hard granite stone chips of approved quality & from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering & laying concrete & compacting by using vibrators, watering & curing for 4 (four) weeks centring, shuttering & finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves or beads where necessary including cost & conveyance DMF, EMF, additional charges, royalties of all materials T&P & labour required for the work etc., complete in all respect but excluding cost & conveyance of M.S.Rods,HYSD bars or tor steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge & labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending etc.,of the M.S.Rods or tor steel & binding wires & laying the grills in proper position as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying cutting, Straingthening bent up or coiled rods cutting, bending, cranking, hooking, welding or jointing ( if required) the M.S. rods or Tor steel of primary steel producure such as SAIL / TATA / RINL / JINDAL stell / SHYAM steel (Grade Fe-500D) and binding wires and binding tying the grills hoisting, lowering and placing in proper position as required for RCC works with cost, conveyance of M.S. rods or Tor steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge and labour & cess with all T&P required for the work etc., complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge (weight of binding wires will not be considered for payment and payment will be made on weight of M.S. rods or Tor steel only)

16mm thick cement plaster in C.M. (1:6) over brick work finished smooth after raking out joints including watering and curing etc., complete including cost, conveyance, cess and DMF, EMF, additional charges, royalities of all materials with labour and T&P required for the work complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete in C.C. (1:2:4) using 12mm size H.G. chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete in layers, watering and curing etc., complete including cost, conveyance, cess and DMF, EMF, additional charges, royalties of all materials with labour and T&P etc., required for the work complete and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Wall painting two coats with weather coat painting over a coat primer of approved shade including all cost, conveyance, cess and royalities of all materials with labour and T&P etc., required for the work complete and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation for road work in soil with hydaylic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections and transporting including all cost of T&P, labour and hire and running charges of machineries etc., complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Clearing shurb jungles uprooting stumps and small bushes and trees below 1.0M grith on premeasurement including all labour, cess & T & P required for the work etc., complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of iron grill gate in proper position including making holes to walls or RCC structure and making good to the damages to walls or RCC structure including cost, conveyance, cess & royalities of all materials with labour and T&P required for the work complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
