RCC work of M-20 in column, beams, roof slab,Sloped Roof Slab,Stair Case, lintel and chajja, fins, shelves and floors slab in all floors having a minimum compressive strength ( in work test) 200kg/cm2 in 15cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and tests conducted in accordance with IS 456 and IS 516 using 10mm size to 20mm size black hard crusher broken granite stone chips (10mm size 40% & 20mm size 60%) of approved quality & from approved quarry including hoisting lowering laying and compacting concrete with centering & shuttering and finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves or beads where necessary and providing required No. of fan hooks as required including cost, conveyance, royalties of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect but excluding cost of MS rod / Tor steel and binding wire and labour charges for bending binding and tying the grills.(In all Floors)

Labour charges for straightening the coiled or bend up M.S. rod / HYSD bars confirming to Gr. S 240 or Fe-500, cutting bending binding lapping placing welding etc. (Confirming to ISI specification) and jointing if necessary by lapping and tying the grills and placing in position as required for RCC work as per approved design hoisting lowering and laying in position including cost conveyance & taxes of M.S. rod / tor steel (Primary Producer like-SAIL/RINL/ TATA/ JINDAL STEEL/ SHYAM STEEL) make) and binding wire of 18 to 20 gauge (as approved by the deptt.) weight of over lapping, couping, welded joints, spaeer bar, chair, stage, hanger and binding wires shall not be considered for payment at all. Standard co-efficient of different size of the steel shall be considered. Welding & lapping should be confirming to relevant clause of IRC 1987 in Ground floor.

Supplying, fitting, fixing of M.S. grill Gate as per approved drawing and design including making holes in walls and R.C.C. structure, wood works etc. and making good the damages to walls with (1:2:4) with black hard crusher broken granite chips of 12mm size complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer – in – Charge.

Painting two coats with synthetic enamel paint to wood/iron work including cleaning the surface with sand papering and using paints of approved quality and approved shade including cost conveyance of all materials labour T&P etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supplying and fixing of Pre-cast SFRC (Pre-tensioned steel Fibre Reinforced Concrete) Compound Wall with Pre-cast RCC poles having finished dimention of 175mmx175mmx3000mm long (Providing the construction joints at the interval of 15.40 mtrs.) made in M-30 Grade Concrete in OPC with 10 Nos of 4mm dia HTPC (High Tension pre-coated) wire fixed in cast-in-citu CC M-20 concrete in foundation footing of size 600mm dia & 600mm depth from top over 150mm thick PCC of propertion (1:3:6) of size 600mm dia and 150mm depth at bottom and 600mm dia & 100mm depth of sand filling in excavated foundation with all kunds of soil of size 600mm dia and 850mm depth including watering and curing for required days along with supplying fitting and fixing of pre-cast pre-tensioned SFRC Slab having dimention 2100mm(long)x300mm (Wide) x50mm (Thick) (7Nos of slab+300mmx150mm down ward U shaped coaping per span made with M-30 grade of concrete having 4mm dia GI HTPC wire 4 Nos covering the compound wall poles with a pre-cast SFRC Cover of size (300mmx300mmx150mm) in order to keep the panels in position etc complete in all respect including cost, conveyance, of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for the complete in all respect as directed by Engineer – in – Charge.
