Providing and applying primer coat with Medium setting bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base, including clearing road surface and spraying primer @ 0.60 Kg/ Sqm using mechanical means as per approved drawing and technical specifications complete in all respect as per Section 900, Clause 501.5.2 & 502 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (Latest Revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with Medium setting bitumen emulsion on the prepared bituminous/ granular surface including cleaning with mechanical broom and spraying bitumen emulsion @ 0.20 Kg/ Sqm using mechanical means as per approved drawing and technical specifications complete in all respect as per Section 900, Clause 501.5.2 & 503 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (Latest Revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying bituminous macadam with hot mix plant minimum capacity of 60-90 TPH Producing an avarage out put 75tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen @3.3% of total mix, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per approved drawing and technical specification complete in all respect as per Section 900 and Clause 504 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (latest Revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc. complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with minimum capacity of 60-90 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @5% of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per approved drawing and technical specification complete in all respect as per Section 900 and clause 508 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (latest Revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc. complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & laying sub-base with Moorum in layers not exceeding 225mm watering and compacting to the required density in O.M.C with Vibratory Roller including cost and conveyance of sub base materials as per Clause 408 & 901 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (Latest Revision) & including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete in all respect and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
