Dismantaling of prestressed/Reinforced cement concrete grade M-20 & above including removing dabris from work site cost conveyance of all labour T & P etc. complete. as per direction and specification of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and filling in foundation and plinth with sand well watered and rammed in depth with all lead and lift including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, sundries, T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per direction by the Engineer in charge.

Cement concrete (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 4cm(1½”) size hard crusher broken granite stone metal of approved quality and from approved quarry including lowering, laying concrete watering, curing etc, complete to required levels laid in layers not exceeding 0’-6” thick including cost, conveyances, royalties, taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc, complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

RCC M-20 using black hard granite crusher broken chips of 10mm to 20mm size (10mm 40% and 20mm 60% ) of approaved quality from approved quarry to achieve the minimum compressive strength of 200kg/cm2 250kg/cm2, 3.00 kg/cm2 of 150mm size cubes on 28 days test confirming to codal provision including hoisting lowering and laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm thick compacting in vibrators and watering for 28 days including centering shuttering from works finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves where necessary including cost conveyance royalty taxes of all materials with all leads and lifts and cost of all labour T&P mechineries required for the work de-watering if necessary compalete in all respect as directed by Engineer-in-charge including dismantling the centering and shuttering but excluding cost conveaynce of MS rod or tor steel & bind wire and labour charges for strengthening cutting beinding binding wilding and tying the grills etc hoisting and placing in positing (to be paid separetely for RCC work)A. foundation (BED CONCRETE)

Cutting, straightening coiled or bent up M.S. Rod or tor steel including bending, binding, welding and joining if necessary and tying the grills and placing in position as required for R.C.C. Work and for providing fan hooks as required, hoisting, lowering, laying including cost, conveyances, taxes of M.S. Rod or tor steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge and labour required for the work for bending, binding and tying the grills in all floors (payment will be made on standard weight of B.I.S. for M.S. Rods or tor steel only) etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Removal of excavated earth from road way cutting earth by mechnical means within 5 km lead and lift including loading and unloading with all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation for road work in soil with hydrulic excavator of 0.9cum bucket capacity inlcuidng cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines grades and cross section and transporting to the embnkment location all lifts and lead upto 1000m as per specification and direction of the engineer-in-charge.

Loosening, leveling and compacting original ground supporting embankment to facilitate placement of first layer of embankment, scarified to a depth of 150mm. mixed with water of OMC and then compacted by rolling so as to achieve minimum dry density including cost of all materials, labour, T&P etc. all complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50mm. and disposal of scarified materials with in all leads and lifts and lead upto 1000 mtr. etc. complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Reworking the scarified bituminous surface suitably after supplementing the base materials with sand and compacting finished surface as per technical specifications as per clause 501.8.3.2 of MORT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision).

Construction of Dry Lean Cement Concrete Sub- base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate nforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, ggregate gradation after blending to be as per Table 600.1, cement content not to be less than 150kg/cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10Mpa at 7 ays, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, laid with a paver and compacting with vibratory roller, finishing and uring as per Clause 601 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision)

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement @ 400 kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint ealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing and as per Clause 602 o f MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision)

R.C.C. work of M-30 having minimum compressive strength in work test of 200 Kg/Cm2 at 28 days using 12mm size black hard crusher broken granite stone chips of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting lowering and laying concrete and compacting by using vibrators watering, curing for 28 days, centring & shuttering and finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves or beads where necessary in all floors including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials , cost of all labour with cost of all T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect but excluding cost and conveyance of M.S. rods or steel & binding wires and labour charges for strengthening, cutting, bending grills and placing in proper position. (wearing coat)

Providing weep holes in brick masonary/plain/reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall/ return wall with 100mm dia AC pipe extending through the full width of the structure with slope of IV-20H towards drawing face. Complete as per drawing and technical specification and direction of Engineer-In-charge.

Providing and laying of Filter media with stone crushed aggregates of 45 mm size satisfying the requirements laid down in clause 2504.2.2. of MoRTH specifications to a thickness of not less than 600 mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and provided over the entire surface behind abutment , wing wall and return wall to the full height compacted to a firm condition complete as per drawing and Technical Specification.

Back filling with excavated earth in layers not exceeding 150mm thick including watering ramming, cost conveynace of water and cost of all labour T&P required for the work etc complete (measurement will be taken on finished compacted section only)

Finishing walls with two coats of water proofing cement paints to give an even shape to the surface including cleaning the surface, sand papering and using paint of approved quality and approved shade including cost conveyance, taxes of all materials all labour & T&P etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
