Providing and applying of anticorrosive treatment to exposed structural reinforcement by two coats of IPNET RB or equivalent with time interval of minimum 8 -10 hours between each coat after the application of two coats of alkaline rust converting primer. The application shall be done by brush or spray after cleaning existing reinforcement with wire / rotary wire brush to make the surfaces free from loose material, dirt, traces of corrosion etc. and thoroughly washing with water and allowing it to dry inclusive of all labour, materials, equipment etc. complete in all respect as per specifications and instructions of Engineer in Charge.

Providing, mixing and applying bonding coat of approved adhesive on chipped portion of RCC as per specifications and direction of Engineer-In-charge complete in all respect.Epoxy bonding adhesive having coverage 2.20 sqm/kg of approved make

Cleaning of reinforcement from rust from the reinforcing bars to give it a total rust free steel surface by using alkaline chemical rust remover of approved make with paint brush and removing loose particles after 24 hours of its application with wire brush and thoroughly washing with water and allowing it to dry, all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.upto 12 mm diameter (Quantity taken for estimate purpose approximately. Shotcreting R.C.C. columns, beams, and slab etc. in layers with approved design mix concrete having the specified minimum characteristic compressive strength [with ordinary portland cement, coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 10 mm maximum size in proportion as per design criteria] including the cost of centering and shuttering at edges and corners etc. as directed by Engineer- in-Charge. Note: Rate shall be include the providing necessary ground wire etc. The levelling gauges, if used, shall be paid for separately. Payment under this item shall be made only after proper wet curing has been done and surface has been satisfactorily evaluated by sounding/tapping with a blunt metal instrument.

Providing and fixing hard drawn steel wire fabric of size 75 x 25 mm mesh or other suitable size wire mesh to be fixed & firmly anchored to the concrete surface by means of "L"shaped mild steel shear key welded with existing reinforcement including the cost of materials, labour, tool & plants as approved by the Engineer-In- Charge.

Providing , mixing and applying SBR polymer (of approved make) modified cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 (1 cement: 4 graded coarse sand with polymer minimum 2% by wt of cement used) as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge. Note: Measurement and payment: The pre-measurement of thickness shall be done just after the surface preparation is completed and payment under this item shall be made only after proper wet curing has been done and surface has been satisfactory evaluated by sounding / tapping with a blunt metal instrument and/ or the 75mm size cube crushing strength at the end of 28 days to be not less than 30 N /mm2 .

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

In case the cement content in design mix is more than 110% of the minimum specified cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re- design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement.Concrete of M15 grade with minimum cement content of 240 kg/cum

Note: Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable separately. In case the cement content in design mix is more than 110% of the specified minimum cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re- design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement.Providing & Laying Design M-40 grade concrete (Note : Min. Lifting of Span i.e. Superstructure of Bridge for Replacement of old Bearings and including all higher and running expenses of all plants, Hydraulic jacks, Power Packs, Generator set ,welding machines and equipments. All works shall be according to the general specifications of roads and bridges and as directed by the engineer-in-charge. (Note: Cost for scaffolding and staging or temporary steel structure for entire work shall be extra which may vary form 1.0 Lakh to 3.0 Lakhs as per actual side condition and height of bridge.)

Providing and fixing drainage spouts complete as per IRC: SP-42 with 100 mm dia PVC pipe and down-take length 1m as per engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Glow studs of size 100x20 mm made of heavy duty body shall be moulded ASA (Acrylic styrene Acrylonitrile) or HIP (High impact polystyrene) or ABS having electronically welded micro- prismatic lens with abrasion resistant coating as approved by Engineer in charge. The glow stud shall support a load of 13635 kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280. The slope of retro- reflective surface shall be 35 (+/-5) degrees to base .The reflective panels on both sides with at least 12 cm of reflective area up each side. The luminance intensity should be as per the specification and shall be tested as described in ASTM I: 809 as recommended in BS: 873 part 4: 1973. The studs shall be fixed to the Road surface using the adhesive conforming to IS, as per procedure recommended by the manufacturer complete and as per direction of Engineer- in-charge.

Providing and painting of Anticorrosive paint on exposed surface of superstructures and complete as per specifications and manufacture's recommendation by approved supplier as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Cleaning and gurbbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, sapling and trees girth up to 300mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and desposal of unservicable materials and stacking of servicable materials to be used

Providing and inserting 12mm dia galvanised steel injection nipple in honey comb area and along crack line including drilling of holes of required diameter (20mm to 30mm)up to depth 30mm to 80mm at required spacing making the hole & cracks dust free by blowing compressed air , sealing the distance between injection nipple with adhesive chemical of approved make and allow it to cure complete as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and injecting grout in proportion recommended by the manufacturer into cracks/honey- comb area of concrete / masonry by suitable gun/pump at required pressure including cutting of nipples after curing etc. complete as per directions of Engineer-in- charge. (The Payment shall be made on the basis of actual weight of approved grout injected)

Providing and placing high strength, non shrink pre- packed free flow micro concrete having compressive strength of 60 MPa at 28 days (compressive strength of one day should not be less than 25 MPa) as per specifications. The micro concrete mix shall be prepared by mixing non shrink pre-packed free flow micro concrete powder with well graded cleaned crushed, aggregate 10mm & down (aggregate should be less than 10mm but retained on 3.36mm) in proportion of 2:1 (Two part prepack micro concrete powder : one part stone aggregate) by weight for repairing excessively damaged area of structural elements excluding reinforcement but including scaffolding, curing inclusive of all labour, materials, equipment etc. complete as per specifications and instructions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying 2.5 mm thick road marking strips (retro- reflective) of specified shade/ colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/ semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and accordance with applicable specifications.

Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised cautionary mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC:67 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide Clause No.801.3 of specifications for road and bridge works of Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (5th Revision) fixed over aluminium sheeting, 1.5mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75mmx75mmx6mm, firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M-15 grade cement concrete 45cmx45cmx60cm, 60cm below ground level as per approved drawing and including cost of all materials, labour, TandP, taxes, royalty etc complete in all respect and as per direction of the Engineer in charge 90cm Equilateral triangle

Rough stone dry packing in aprons and revetments, stone pitching in slopes and boulder apron etc with hard stone of size 30 cm and above and weighing not less than 40Kg as per approved drawing and Section 900, 1000 & 2500 of specifications for road and bridge works of Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (5th Revision) & including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, royalty etc complete in all respect and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying cement grout in stone masonry about 100mm thick complete work as per drawing/engineer in charge.
