Providing R.C.C. M-30 using 20mm & down graded size h.g. chips of approved quality including hoisting laying concrete with rigid smooth centering / shuttering, necessary scaffolding, cost & conveyance of materials, labour, T&P royalty, taxes, curing but excluding cost of reinforcement etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.(In Plinth Beam/GB/ Pile Cap)

Supplying HYSD (FE 415)/ (FE 500) of Govt. approved for reinforcement tying the grills and placing in position as required for the RCC works and lowering,laying including cost,conveyance & taxes of HYSD bars and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge required for the work and bending binding and tying the grills ( Payment will be made on weight of HYSD bars only and no separate payment will be made towords the weight of binding wires) etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer - in - charge

Providing 2.5cm thick Damp proof course with Cement Concrete (1:2:4 ) using 12mm size CBHG Chips including cost cost conveyance, royalty,taxes ,labour, T&P required for the work watering & curing for specified period complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 2.5cm thick Grading Concrete in C.C (1:2:2) with 6 mm size CBHG Chips on new roof slab including cost of materials , labour, T&P all comp. all comp. as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.(1st Floor)

Fly Ash brick masonry in cement mortar (1:6) in foundation and plinth using Fly Ash brick size 25cm x 12cm x 8cm and 75 kg/cm2 with dimensional tolerance 8% after immersing the bricks for six hours in water before use including splays cutting circular moulding corbelling chamfering and similar such type of work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including watering and curing cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour T&P required for the work and finished item of work shall confirm to relevant I.S. specification and confirm test as per specification as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

6mm thick cement Plaster (1:4) ceiling after racking racking out the joints including watering & curing etc. complete with cost, conveyance,royality and taxes of all materials & all labour royalty T&P directed for the work etc. complete as directed by the Engineer - in - charge .

16 mm (5/8") thick cement plaster in Cement Mortar (1:6) finished smooth to inside rough surface of brick walls after raking out joints scrapping and cleaning the surface including watering and curing for specified period etc. complete with cost, conveyance , royality and taxes of all materials , and cost of all labour T&P directed for the work etc. complete as directed by the Engineer - in - charge

Providing and fixing factory made UPVC white colour casement/casement cum fixed glazed windows comprising of uPVC mulit-chambered frame, sash and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60±0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, stainless steel (SS 304 grade) friction hinges, zinc alloy (white powder coated)casement handles, G.I. fastener 100x8mm size for fixing frame to finished wall, plastic packers, palstic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Single/double glass panes and silicon sealant shall be paid separately). Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be accepted but no extra payment on this account shal be made.

Factory made FRP( Altematly called GRP) door frame of size 75mm x 100mm fabricated using E - glass chopped strand mat (CSM) U.V stabilised inopathalic Gel coat and impregnated with inopathalic resin The thickness of the GRP skins shall not be less then 2.0 mm . The door frame consists of four segments which are provided with plug in socket arrrangement in-situ-in mould. The segments are plugged in and are joined together by means of srew. The GRP frame shall be provided with wooden reinforcement on six locations for high srew holding capacity for fixing metalic hold fast and shall be consolidated by filling with medium density foam / plaster of paris with fibre reinforcement , six number of 260mm x 25mm x 5mm size 'S' shaped M.S flat hold fast shall be provided with the frame. The material and process for manufacturing the finish of door frame shall conform to RV-TIFAC composites Design centre's standards and specifications . The finish of door frame will be plain colour white /Ivory/Beige/Light grey / Golden brown / Mahogany/ Teak wood /sand stone Champagne/Pastel blue or any other colour using high quality pigment complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer in Charge. etc. complete

Factory made GIRID FRP or called GRP sandwich composite door shutter of 32mm thick laminated with two GRP skin with good grain finish fabricated using UV stabilised isoppthalic gel coat and one layer of 450 gsm E-glass chopped strand mat (CSM) impregnated with ortopathilic resin The thickness of the skins shall not be less than 1.50mm . Expanded polysryne ( EPS) structural foam panel of 29 mm tickness and a density of 20kg/cu.mts shall be used as core material wooden reinforcements made of sesasoned sal wood block of cross section not less than 28mm x 32mm and also necessary sal wood reinforcements for fitting the metal fittings such as lower bolts ,aldrops, handles etc. shall be provided . A structural adhesive compatible with (EPS)foam shall be used for bending the core material. the sal wood reinforcements and the skin The material and process for manufactuing te door shutter shall conform to RV -TIFAC components design centre's standards and specification and the door shutters tested in conformation to IS 4020-1998. The Finish of door shutter will be plain colour as per specification and direction of the Engineer in Charge. etc. complete

Priming one coat over new plaster surface with any approved shade including sand papering polishing the surface cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials & T&P etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Wall painting two coats with any approved quality made by Dulux/Asian/Nerolac/Berger of Weather shield coat over a coat of priming on new work to give an even shade including cost colour, paint etc.of all materials,labour, T&p required for the work complete. as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing two coats of plastic emulsion paint of approved shade on new work to give an even shade including necessary preparation of surface, cost & conveyance of materials, labour, T&P etc. complete to shape as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying,fitting and fixing of M.S. iron grill /gate made out of structure steel angle,sheet flat/square bar etc. for grills of approved design icluding all cost conveyance taxes etc. complete. as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & laying two coats of synthetic enamel paint on new steel surface over a coat of red-oxide of approved shade after necessary preparation of surface by spra painting in all floors of conveyance of all complete including supply of all labour, materials, T & P, taxes, etc. complete. as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & fixing glazed wall tiles confirming to IS 13753 in wall, dado,skirting,rises of steps over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1cement : 3sand) jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including cost & conveyance of materials,royaliy labour, T &P etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, Fitting and Fixing of industrial vitrified tiles in Floor over 25mm thick Cement mortar ( 1:1) including cost of Labour, materials all comp.etc.complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & fixing Chequered tiles of approved thickness (300mmx300mm) size in floors, treads or steps and landing on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar (1:1) jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including cost of all materials labour, T&P etc.complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting afixing of stainless steel of 304 grade in hand railing in all floors using 50mm dia of 2mm thick circular pipe with Balustrade of size 32mm x 32mm @ 0.90mtr. C/C and stainless square pipe bracing of size 32mm x 32mm x 2mm in 3 rows in stair case as per approved design and specification, buffing, polishing etc. with cost conveyance, taxes of all materials labour, T&P etc. required for the complete in all respect. as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for PRE_CONSTUCTIONAL anti-termite treatment and creating achemical barrier with a interval of 2'-0" / 2'-0" square on points under and around the column pits, well treanches .basement excavation, top surface of plinth filling, junction of wall andfloor, along the external perimeter of building, expansion joints, surrounding of pipes and conduits etc.complete(plinh area of the building at ground floor only shall be measured)as per drawing, dsign and direction etc. complete
