Brick work with fly ash bricks of size 25 x 12 x 8 cm having crushing strength not less then 75 Kg/cm² in cement mortar of mix (1:6) with cement of approved brand and approved sharp river sand, after immersing the bricks in water for 6 (six) hours before use in works of foundation & plinth or similar works with curing including all cost, T & P, carriage, royalty, labour cess & excluding GST etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying Reinforced Cement Concrete of grade M25 ( 1:1:2 ) having a minimum compressive strength (in work test) 250 Kg/cm² in 15 cm size test cubes at 28 days of curing in accordance with IS 456- 200 and IS 516 with 20mm size downgraded hard granite crusher broken stone aggregates from approved quarry, free from weathered skin, surface dust and any other deleterious materials, cement of approved brand including supply of clean sharp river sand of approved quality, providing rigid and smooth centring & shuttering, levelling and ramming with all leads, lifts & delifts including cost, carriage, screening and washing of all materials, mixing and vibrating by mechanical means, hoisting and placing the concrete including supply of all tools and plants, curing, dismantling the shuttering after 28 days and make good the defects if any and supervision charges including mobilisation and demobilisation with all incidental charges, royalty, labour cess & excluding GST to complete the item of work as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing HYSD reinforcement of Fe 415 grade conforming to IS 1786-1985 ( TISCON / SAIL make), straightening, cutting, bending, binding and tying the grills and placing in position including lapping or welding where necessary, including cost, carriage of tested reinforcing bars, binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge with all leads, lifts and delifts, cost of all labour, mobilisation and demobilisation, all incidental charges, labour cess & excluding GST etc. to complete the item of work as per approved designs, drawing and specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (Linear measurement will be taken and quantity will be calculated basing on the standard weight of rod as per BIS code).

Fixing tiles in dados , wall , skirting and risers with vitrified tiles in floor of size 600mm X 600mm on 12mm thick cement plaster (1:3) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete excluding cost of precast tiles work all complete as per direction of Engineer-in Charge

Providing 12 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) with cement of approved brand and approved clean sharp river sand on external surface of brick work / RCC work including racking out joints, scrapping & cleaning the surface and finishing to smooth to proper plumbs and level with scaffolding, curing including all cost, T & P, carriage, royalty, labour cess & excluding GST etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing 16 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) with cement of approved brand and approved clean sharp river sand on internal surface of brick work / RCC work including racking out joints, scrapping & cleaning the surface and finishing to smooth to proper plumbs and level with scaffolding, curing including all cost, T & P, carriage,royalty, labour cess & excluding GST etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing 12 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4) with neat cement punning with cement of approved brand and approved clean sharp river sand over brick work / RCC surfaces including racking out joints, scrapping & cleaning the surface and finishing to smooth to proper plumbs and level with scaffolding, curing including all cost, T & P, carriage, royalty, labour cess & excluding GST etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing 6 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4) to all RCC surfaces in ceiling and soffits etc. including closed deep chipping and slurry treatment with cement of approved brand and approved clean sharp river sand, scrapping & cleaning the surface and finishing to smooth to proper plumbs and level with scaffolding, curing including all cost, T & P, carriage, royalty, labour cess & excluding GST etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing 20 mm thick grading cement plaster (1:4) as grading concrete over roof slab using 6mm size hgcb chips of approved quality and approved clean sharp river sand, scrapping & cleaning the surface and finishing to smooth to proper plumbs and level with scaffolding, curing including all cost, T & P, carriage, royalty, labour cess & excluding GST etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing walls with two coats of water proofing cement paint of approved shade on new works to give an even shade to out side walls with scaffolding, curing including all cost, T & P, carriage, royalty, labour cess & excluding GST etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing supplying and fixing M.S Grill as per manufacturer's specification complete including all cost, T & P, carriage, labour cess & excluding GST as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Priming one coat of Red oxide primer to M.S. Doors, Windows & Grill new works including cost , cess, brushes and T&P includng all labour cost etc. complete as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting two coats of enamel paint to new and old wooden / M.S. works including cost , cess, brushes and T&P includng all labour cost etc. complete as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Collecting, supplying and spreading of moorum including cost and conveyance of moorum complete in all respect as per the instruction of Engineer-in-Charge.
