Earth work in all kinds of soil from approved borrow areas except sand, sandy and slushy soil by cutting & transportation of excavated earth by mechanical means with all leads, lifts and delifts including breaking clods maximum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.30m in depth over the properly prepared surface including uprooting stumps with cost of hire and running charges of transport vehicle, T&P, royality and all other incidental charges etc. complete asper direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (The earth should be arranged by the bidder at his own cost and royality will be deducted as applicable). Measurement will be taken on finished level section.

Collecting, supplying and stacking good quality Moorum & sand in regular box heaps of size 1.50mx 1.50m x 0.50m to be measured as one cum and admixing moorum and sand in 70:30 proportion and laying in sub base in layers to the required thickness with all leads, lifts and delifts including cost, conveyance, royality and taxes of all materials etc. with all labour and hire charges of T&P materials required for the work, watering and compacting to the required density in OMC condition with PRR including hire and running charges of machineries etc. complete asper direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to wet mix macadam (IRC Grade-II) specification including premixing the materials with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed materials by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with three wheel 8-10 ton static roller / vibratory roller to achive the desired density as per MoSRT&H specification for Road & Bridge work (4th Revision) including all cost, carriage,royality, taxes, cess etc. Complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Applying primer coat including cost of bitumen of penetration grade over prepared surface using 0.60 kg per sqm over granular base treated with non primer surface including cost carriage and all other taxes of materials to the site of work etc as per direction of Engineer -in- charge

Applying tack coat including cost of bitumen of penetration grade over prepared surface using 2.00kg peneration grade per sqm over granular base treated with non primer surface including cost carriage and all other taxes of materials to the site of work etc. Complete as per direction of the Engineer -in- charge.

Providing & laying of 50mm thick bituminous macadam with hot mix plant using specified grading-II 19mm nominal size hard granite crusher broken chips, premix with bituminious binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen @ 3.3% of the weight of the mix, transporting the hot mix to worksite laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level & alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory & tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 504 of MoSRT & H specifications for road & bridge work (4th Revision) with all leads, lifts & delifts including cost, conveyance, royalty cess & taxes of all materials including labours & hire charges of T&P materials required for the work hire & running charges of machainaries etc. Complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & laying of 25mm thick dense bituminous concrete with bath type hot mix plant using specified grading-II 10mm nominal size hard granite crusher broken chips, premix with bituminious binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen @ 5.00% of the weight of the mix, transporting the hot mix to worksite laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level & alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory & tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 508 of MoSRT & H specifications for road & bridge work (4th Revision) with all leads, lifts & delifts including cost, conveyance, royalty cess & taxes of all materials including labours & hire charges of T&P materials required for the work hire & running charges of machainaries etc. all complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
