Dismantling and removing 2.5 cm thick artifical stone flooring including stacking the useful materilas for reuse and removing the debris within 50m lead etc. complete and as per the direction of the Engineer -in-charge.

Fixing tiles in floors treads or steps and landing on 20mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (cement:sand) jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and poloshing complete including cost of all materials and labour charges etc complete and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge .

Fixing tiles in dado skirting on 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3(cement:sand) jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and poloshing complete including cost of all materials and labour charges etc complete and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge .

Providing and laying water proof with polymetric butuminous membrance ( Plastic felt ) of 2.25 kg/sqm and 1.5mm thickness consisting of layers having centre core of 20micros thermophsible height densing polythene CHMHDP. E filling of grade 250m including priming the surface with Bituminious primer 20.3kg/Sqm providing a coat of hot blown bitumen of 1.32 kg/Sqm applying and laying plastic felt membrane with adhere to blown bitumenof 85/25 or 90/15 grade and covered with a layer of hot blown bitumen @ 1.25 kg/Sqm etc. complete and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Distemper two coats to wall with distemper of approved shade with cost of cement paint and labour charges etc. complete and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Wall painting two coats with approved plastic Emulsion paints with cost of paint and labour charges etc. complete and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Providing fitting and fixing of false ceiling with aluminium anodised T section No 3215 with 2'0" center to center, L section no 1705 up to 15 micron on 4 walls to be fixed by means of steel screw and PVC plug and the aluminium grid 2'0" x 2'0" with prelaminated particle board suspended from ceiling etc complete.

Dismantling and removing doors,windows and ventilators including removal of frame,hinges, fastening and stacking the same for reuse and removing the debris within 50m lead including all cost of labour, T & P..etc as per direction of Engineer-in - charge .

Providing fitting of AI door with anodised AI door section of 9202 as vertical member, 9201 as top, 9200 as bottom and middle member with frame section as 9221 with tapered clip No 4660 and the frame to be completed by means of jointing angle No 1855 including all cost of labour, T & P, hire charges of drilling machin, labour charges etc. complete including cost of laminated board.

Finishing walls with water proofing Weather coat of approved shade on new work two coat to give an even shade with cost of cement paint and labour charges etc. complete and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Cement concrete (1:1.5:3 ) using 12mm size BHG CB chips of good quality and from approved quarry free from weathered skin and any other deleterious materials and uniform colour and texture and screened and washed sharp sand for mortar of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting , lowering and laying concrete and compacting by using vibrators, watering ,curing for 28 days, centring & shuttering and finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves or beads where necessary in all floors with all leads, lifts and delifts using hoisting device for hoisting and placement in position , providing and fixing embedment wherever necessary including cost, carriage, royalties and taxes of all materials, dewatering, T&P, hire and running charges of all machineries, labour and supervision charges including mobilization and demobilisation and working of machineries , labour welfare cess etc. including cost of all labour required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer -in –charge.
