Fabrication of gate leaf including bronze pad, Btm Seal, Side Seal, C/s screw, nut/bolt etc, with all accessories, machinery, fixtures, labour, cutting, alligning, welding, cleaning, finishing, ncluding consumables, all complete as per direction of Engineer- in-charge.

Supply of Steel hoist bridge for vent no. 1 & 6, for Single stem Nut type gear box hoist consisting of; Base plate 400 x 200 x 8 mm thick 8 nos, CI Gear box base plate 500 x 500 x 16 mm thick 2 nos, Supporting beam ISMB 150 of length 2100 mm 4 nos, Anchor bar 350 x Dia 20 x mm 32 nos, Chequred plate for platfrom 1400 x 430 x 6 mm 2 nos, including 5% cutting allowance.

Fabrication of Steel hoist bridge with all accessories including machinery, fixtures, consumables, labour, cutting, alligning, welding, cleaning, finishing all complete as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Erection, positioning, alligning, fixing, trial and commissioning including unloading and shifting upto location of all componentsof 1st stage and 2nd stage Embedded parts (consisting of sill beam, wall liners, track plates etc), Vertical Gate leaf (complete assembly with fixing of bronze pad, rubber seals), Steel hoist bridge assembly (consisting of hoist platform, Screw rod, lifting gear box, supporting beams, base plates, anchor bolts etc) with all accessories including machinery, fixtures, labour, cutting, alligning, welding, cleaning, finishing including consumables all complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Supply of following bought out materials per gate LTB-1 Bronze pad of size 80mm x 30mm x 12mm (including cost of material, machining & countersunk holes) 4 nos Bottom Seal ( Plate75 x 10mm) 1 no of lengh 1684mm Side Seal ( Ф25-70 x 10mm) 2 nos of lengh 1650mm 2nd stage embedments, Ø16 Studs, bolts, nuts, washers & nut, bolt& seal required for mounting rubber seal etc. 30 kg Anchor bars 16 nos, Nut type Screw Gear box assembly suitably square threaded for 80mm dia screw rod all inclusive of cost of material, cost of Thrust bearing, machining and assembly charges. 1 no, Dia 80mm Screw Rod suitably square threaded to M62 x 9 all inclusive of cost of material, straightening and machining. 1.95 mtr. Dia 80mm plain Stem Rod all inclusive of cost of material, straightening etc. 1.1 mtr. Dia 200mm & 12mm thickness MS Flange Coupling for coupling of plain stem rod with Screw rod all inclussive of cost of material, fabrication etc. Gate lifting pin(Ø 50mm & length 150mm) 1 no, Operating handle 1 no, Lubricant like grease & mobil 2 kg.

Painting of 2nd stage embeded parts(exposed portion), all steel surface of gate including cleaning, degreasing, handling, cost of paint, applying of one coat primer of 40 micron thick & three coats of final paint of 100 micron each, all inclusive of labour, materials & consumables as per direction of Engineer-in- charge. Painting cost of Embeded part (With one coat Zinc primer & 3 coats of Coal tar epoxy paint), Gate Leaf (With one coat Zinc primer & 3 coats of Coal tar epoxy paint), Hoisting Platform (With one coat Zinc primer & 3 coats of Aluminium paint).The rate is inclusive of cost of materials excluding GST and including contractor profit @ 7.5% and cess@ 1%.

Supply of embeded parts for vent no. 2,3 & 4 consisting of structural steel and rolled steel i.e Wall liner 4400 x 150 x 8 mm thick 6 nos, Wall liner 4400 x 120 x 8 mm thick 12 nos, 1/2 CUT MB 200 of length 1750 mm 3 nos including 5% cutting allowalnce.

"Supply of embeded parts for vent no. 2,3 & 4 consisting of Stainless steel i.e Side seal SS seat 3000 x 60 x 4 mm thick 6 nos, Sill beam SS seat 1684 x 50 x 4 mm thick 3 nos, including 10 % machining allowance.

Fabrication of above item including 1st stage embedments with all accessories,machinery, fixtures, labour, cutting, alligning, welding, cleaning, finishing, ncluding consumables, all complete as per direction of Engineer- in-charge.
