Providing and laying plain cement concrete conforming to M15 grade in approved surface and location using 20mm and downgraded hard granite well graded crusher broken stone aggregates and sharp sand of approved grading and quality confirming to the specification ,mixed in concrete mixer with all leads , lifts , delifts and transportation by mechanical / manual means including cost , carriage , royalties and taxes of cement ,stone product and all other materials , labour , and T and P complete inlduing dewatering by suitable means with all costs , vibrating concrete by mechnical means , curing for specified days by suitable means, supervision charges including mobilisation and demobilisation, approach road, diversion road, including cost, carriage, royalty, cess and all other taxes Excluding GST as per approved drawings,design and specification complete with all costs incidental to the work but excluding cost of form work and as per drawing, design, specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

From - work for concrete with F-1 finish for all permanently exposed surfacess not prominently exposed to public view using steel shutter plates of approved specifications for all surfaces including cost and supply of shutter plate, rigid tie and support and all other materials and fixing in proper place and position with all lead lifts,delift, T& P, labour and transportation of shuttering materials by mechanical/ manual means and dismantling and finishing complete with all cost for mobilisation and including cost, carriage,labour charges, cess and all other taxes excluding GST etc. including all costs incidental to the work and as per drawings,design and specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge etc. complete.( abrupt surface irregularities over 5mm & gradual over 10mm measured with 1.5m template is not permitted)

Filling Foundation & Plinth with excavated earth including watering and ramming with all leads , lifts & delifts, cost ,carriage , Cess , taxes of all materials and labour with all cost for mobilisation , demobilisation, site illumination, T&P Excluding GST and all cost incidental to the work as per the to proper section as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying , laying & fixing in position RCC NP2 300mm dia spun pipe and collars etc. complete including Cost of all reinforcement and cost of all materials with all leads , lifts & delifts,and including centering. shuttering, carriage with all cost for mobilisation , demobilisation and all taxes of all materials , labour , Cess , T&P etc.Excluding GST , including all costs incidental to the work and as per drawings,design and specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Supplying ,laying & fixing in position of 110mm nominal dia UPVC pipe conforming to IS;4985-2000(Class-1,.25 mpa,2.0 mm average wall thickness,0.889kg/m weight) in concrete turnouts including cost, carriage and all taxes of all materials , with all cost for mobilisation , demobilisation , labour , Cess , T&P etc. Excluding GST including all costs incidental to the work and as per drawings,design and specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Excavation in hard soil or gravelly soil within all lead, lift/ delifti including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3m in depth including watering and ramming with all leads , lifts & delifts, cost ,carriage , Cess , taxes of all materials and labour with all cost for mobilisation , demobilisation, site illumination, T&P etc. Excluding GST and all cost incidental to the work as per the to proper section as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Fine dressing of earthwork in slopes including filling of earth in rain cuts and slopes with selected earth at contractors own cost duly compacted and trimmed to the required profile and turfing with dub sods of rectangular shape of minimum 0.25cm thick with all cost of conveyance by manual/mechanical means with all leads, lifts and delifts including labour,hire and running charges of all machinaries required for the work with royalties and all taxes Excluding GST ,cess to site of work including mobilisation, demobilisation, supervision charges with cost of all other materials, approach road, diversion road, site illumination etc. laying, trimming to proper design section as per approved drawings and specifications including watering the sods till survival of grass etc. complete with all costs, incidental to the work as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (Measurement will be taken after survival of grass)
