Excavation in base stripping of the seat of embankments by manual means removing of all organic materials in all kinds of soil including stoney earth, moorum, gravel and excluding all kinds of rock & boulders exceeding 0.014 cum in volume including rough dressing and dumping the excavated materials away from the work site with all leads, tools and plants, labour, all taxes, labour cess and royalties required for the work including cost of dewatering, mobilisation, demobilisation with all incidental charges to complete the item of work as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Earthwork in excavation of canal by Mechanical means in all kinds of soil including sand, silt, loam clay mud, stiff and hard clay, hard red earth, shale, stoney earth, gravel, moorum interspread with boulder upto 1/2 cum volume, including trimming the slopes and bed to proper profile and transporting useful excavated materials by mechanical means and laying on properly prepared and scientifically approved surface of bank of canal in filling section and spreading the earth in 22.5 cm thick to receive compaction if required useful excavated material for reuse afterward as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge and unuseful soil in spoil bank as required with all leads, lifts, delifts, loading and unloading including cost component and maintenance of coffer dam, diversion arrangement, dewatering and removal of the same after completion of the work including the cost of tools and plants, all materials, all taxes, labour cess, with mobilization and demobilization maintenance charges with all incidental charges to complete the item of work as per design, drawing, specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in any approved type of soil in approved borrow areas by mechanical means including stripping of borrow area and clearing of all trees, stumps, roots, bushes, rubbish, humus and other objectionable materials in the designated borrow area for bringing earth as required for the work including cost of construction and maintenance of haul roads and approach roads from the borrow area to work site including watering if required in borrow area loading and transporting the excavated materials by mechanical means within all leads and lifts and laying on properly prepared and scientifically approved surface in filling reaches and leveling the earth in 22.5cm layer by manual labour or by mechanical means including rehandling the soil if required (to make the fill ready for watering and compaction) to proper shape & size with all lifts, delifts and cost of all materials, all taxes on materials, labour cess including the cost of mobilisation and demobilisation, supplying all machineries including cost of operation maintenance of all equipments and labour required for the work inclusive of supervision charges complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge (payment will be made on finished design section, contractor has to arrange borrow earth with all leads and lifts at his own cost & royalty of earth will be deducted).

Fine dressing and turfing the canal embankment, slopes with approved quality of compacted dub grass including collection and supplying the same from approved site including loading, unloading, conveyance charges, royalty and all other taxes, labour cess with all leads, lifts & delifts and specification including cost of mobilization, demobilization, supplying all machineries, equipments, materials. and labour required for the work supervision charges, labour cess including cost of watering and making arrangements till survival of grass to its full growth with all incidental charges to complete the item of work as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge (payment will be made only after survival of the turf.)

Excavation of foundation by mechanical means in all kinds of soils including silt, loam clay mud, stiff and hard clay, hard red earth, shale, stoney earth, gravel, moorum interspread with boulder up to 1/2 cum volume with all leads, lifts and delifts including shoring, shuttering, propping bullah, pilling, including cost of dewatering drainage arrangement and slush removal if required & ramming the foundation and removing stumps and roots of trees including stacking the excavated materials away from the work site as per the drawings, designs and specifications, including cost of mobilization, demobilisations, supply or all equipments, materials, labour, tools required for the work, maintenance of coffer dam, diversion arrangements and the removal of the same after completion of the work, supervision charges, all taxes, labour cess etc. with all incidental charges to complete the item of work as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (Measurement and payment will be made on theoretical design section).

Filling in foundation trenches with coarse sand including watering, ramming manually or mechanically fully compacted with all leads, lifts and delifts, dewatering, all cost,carriage,royalty,taxes of all materials ,T&P,labour cess,Labour & supervision charges complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Collecting, supplying and spreading of coarse clean sand of approved specification including cost, carriage, royalty and all other charges on finished surface & on slope & bed of canal for filter drain to proper line and level and filter using removable sheet metal separators up to design height watering & ramming to proper compaction including hire charges of machineries, site illumination, mobilisation, demobilisation, construction of coffer dam, dewaterig, approach road, diversion road with its removal after completion of work with all leads lifts, delifts, T&P, all taxes, labour cess etc. complete as directed by the Engineer - in -Charge

Collecting, supplying and spreading of graded filter of hard crusher broken granite chips of size 40mm to 20 mm in filter drains of canal to proper slope & level using removable sheet metal separator as per design and drawing with all cost, carriage, royalty and all other charges including watering and ramming to proper compaction including hire charges of machineries, site illumination, mobilisation, demobilisation, construction of coffer dam, approach road, diversion road with its removal after completion of work with all leads, lifts, delifts, T&P etc., all taxes, labour cess as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, collecting, spreading with labour for laying admixture of good quality graded moorum & sand in canal in slope and key (as CNS layer) in layers not exceeding 200mm, watering & compacting to the required density in OMC by manual or mechanical means including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes, labour cess etc. and all other labour charges, hire charges of machineries etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and laying cement concrete(PCC) of grade M 15 with 20 mm. down graded size hard granite crusher broken stone aggregates from approved quarry free from weathered skin surface dust & any other deleterious materials of approved grading including supply of clean sharp sand of approved quality in canal structure as per approved design., drawings and specifications with all leads lift and delifts, including cost of carriage, royalty, screening and washing etc. of all materials, dewatering for cast-in-situ concrete lining to the bed and slopes of canal with sleeper beams, keys etc. in panels including supply of all materials labour and machineries compacting with space vibrator or manually including trimming and dressing of canal bed and slopes and necessary formwork with watering and compaction of slopes and bed with hand rammers to proper profile complete, taxes, royalty, labour cess as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Plain Cement concrete M-15 using 40mm and down graded size hard granite crusher broken stone aggregate from approved quarry free from weathered skin surface, dust & any other deleterious materials of approved grading, including supply of clean sharp sand of approved quality in canal structure as per approved design, drawings and specification with all leads, lifts and delifts, including cost, carriage, royalties and taxes of all materials, screening & washing etc. of all materials, dewatering, mixing & vibrating by mechanical means including supply of all tools and plants, labour with cost of carriage of water for curing and construction & removal of Coffer dam and gangway if required & supervision charges including mobilisation & demobilisation & with all incidental charges, taxes, royalty, labour cess to complete the item of work as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) M-25 using 20mm and downgraded size of approved grading and good quality hard granite crusher broken stone aggregate from approved quarry, free from weathered skin surface dust and any other deleterious materials, including supply of clean sharp sand of approved quality in canal structures as per approved design, drawing and specification with all leads, lifts & delifts including cost, carriage, royalties and taxes of all materials, screening and washing etc. of all materials, dewatering, mixing and vibrating by mechanical means including supply of all tools and plants labour with cost, carriage of water for curing and construction and removal of coffer dam and gangway if required, and supervision charges including mobilisation and demobilisation with all incidental charges, taxes, royalty, labour cess to complete the item of work as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, straightening, cutting, bending, binding and tying the grills and placing in position the reinforcement including lapping or welding where necessary, including cost, carriage and taxes of tested, reinforcing bars, binding wires with all leads, lifts and delifts, cost of all labour, including mobilisation and demobilisation, supplying, running and maintenance of all machineries and equipments necessary for the work with dewatering and all incidental charges, taxes, labour cess including cost of lap bars, chairs etc. to complete the item of work as per approved designs, drawing and specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Form work for concrete in canal structure with F2 finish using steel shutter plates of approved specification for surface not prominently or permanently exposed to public views, including cost, conveyance, T & P, labour, dewatering and taxes of all materials with all leads, lifts & delifts & dismantling & finishing including; mobilisation, demobilisations with incidental charges, labour cess to complete the items of work as per drawing, design & specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing rigid shuttering with the Box type shuttering plates with keys for intermediate construction joints in rafts of weirs,barrages and dam blocks including cost of all materials,Labour,T&P,labour cess etc including removal of forms complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Prividing 12mm x 60mm thick vertical joints at suitable joint filled with sealing compound (confirming to IS code) including royalty and all other taxes,labour cess all complete job as per specification and direcion of Engineer-in-Charge (Specification as per drawing)

Providing weep holes in Guard wall,concrete abutment and wing walls / return wall with 75mm dia PVC pipe extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V:20H towards dressing face at regular interval as per approved design,drawing and specifications with all cost,carriage,royalty,taxes of all materials ,T&P,labour cess,Labour & supervision charges complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing 430 mm long, 110 mm dia, 5 mm thick PVC stainer pipe with 6 mm dia perforation @ 75 mm C/C staggered all around with perforated PVC cap on bottom for releasing pressure including cost, carriage, all taxes, T & P required with all labour charges,labour cess complete as per drawing and specification as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Supplying and fixing RCC Hume pipes in position with jointing collar in reinforced cement concrete M-20 with 20mm down graded hard granite chips including cost, conveyance, roalty, dewatering, taxes, labour cess etc complete but excluding cost of cement concrete with all leads , lift and delifts as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. 100mm dia NP2

Supplying and fixing RCC Hume pipes in position with jointing collar in reinforced cement concrete M-20 with 20mm down graded hard granite chips including cost, conveyance, roalty, dewatering, taxes, labour cess etc complete but excluding cost of cement concrete with all leads , lift and delifts as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. 150mm dia NP2

Filling in foundation trenches with usable quality of earth available from foundation excavation in layer not exceeding 150mm thick including watering, ramming manually or mechanically fully compacted with all leads, lifts and delifts, T&P, dewatering, all taxes, labour cess, supervision charges as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantaling and removing cement concrete including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50 m lead and initial lift of approved specification with all cost,carriage, taxes of all materials ,T&P,labour cess,Labour & supervision charges complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & laying salitax board with all cost,carriage, taxes of all materials ,T&P,labour cess,Labour & supervision charges complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
