Earthwork in excavation, loading, unloading and carriage by mechanical means of all kinds of soil including ordinary soil, hard soil , stony earth, gravel and moorum etc interspread with boulders up to1/2 cum size for base stripping including dressing and leveling the bed to design section and disposal of unutilized excavated soil 1 Km away from work site in the specified spoil yard with all leads, lifts and delifts, including dewatering if any shoring, shuttering and propping of bullah piles trimming of slopes and bed with all cost of all machineries and all other taxes excluding GST and cess etc complete with all T&P and supervision charges etc as per the approved drawing, design and specification and direction of the Engineer in charge.

Excavation of any approved type of soil in approved borrow area by mechanical means loading into and transportation by mechanical means and unloading the soil with all lead and lifts on properly prepared and scientifically approved surface including spreading etc compelte. free from weeds, roots and shrub jungles ,including, spreading & leveling the earth in 22.5 cm layers to make the fill ready for watering and compaction by H.R.R. or any other suitable compaction equipments including cost of all materials, T&P, with all royalties, cess & taxes of all materials excluding GST but including cost of quality control tests, mobilisation & demobilisation, supplying, operation, maintenance of all machineries, equipments, materials and labour, required for the work as per design, drawing and specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge .(Measurement is to be taken on the finished level section & payment will be made after compaction).

Rough stone dry packing in aprons and revetments to designed thickness and slope using 15cm to 30cm size hard broken other then granite stone of approved quality from approved quarry free from weathered skin and any other deleterious materials including filling the interstices with small stones, spalls etc and wedging with hammer and placing the surface to proper line and level, fixing key stones including dewatering, if any with all cost, labour, conveyance and all leads and lifts, royalties, cess, taxes of all materials, T&P, but excluding GST, etc complete in all respect as per approved drawing, design, specification and direction of the Engineer- in- charge.
