Providing, laying, spreading and compacting I.R.C. Grade - III stone aggregates of size 53 mm to 22.4 mm to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheeled steel roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming moorum of approved quality as crushable type binding material to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregates, watering and compacting to the required density as per Clause 404 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road and Bridge works (4th Revision) with all leads, lifts & delifts including cost, conveyance, royalty, EMF, DMF & Additional Charges taxes etc. of all materials, all labour charges, T&P, hire and running charges of all machineries, B & O.C. Workers Welfare Cess etc. complete in all respect, but excluding GST as per the specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 Kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Clause 502 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) with all leads, lifts & delifts including cost, conveyance, taxes etc. of all materials, all labour charges, T&P, hire and running charges of all machineries, B & O.C. Workers Welfare Cess etc. complete in all respect, but excluding GST as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying tack coat using 3.0 Kg of bitumen for 10 Sqm on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and heating bitumen to required temperature, conveying and applying hot bitumen with all leads, lifts and delifts including cost, conveyance etc. of bitumen and fuel, all labour charges, hire and running charges of tar boilers and all other T & P articles, B & O.C. Workers Cess etc. complete in all respect, but excluding GST as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying bituminious macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade level and alignment and rolling with smooth sheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Clause 504 of MoSRT&H Specifications for road & bridge works (4th Revision) with all leads, lifts & delifts including cost, conveyance, royalty, EMF, DMF & Additional Charges taxes etc. of all materials, all labour charges, T&P, hire and running charges of all machineries, B & O.C. Workers Welfare Cess etc. complete in all respect, but excluding GST as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying semi dense bituminious concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheelede, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 508 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) with all leads, lifts & delifts including cost, conveyance, royalty, EMF, DMF & Additional Charges taxes etc. of all materials, all labour charges, T&P, hire and running charges of all machineries, B & O.C. Workers Welfare Cess etc. complete in all respect, but excluding GST as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Collecting supplying and stacking good quality of moourm of PI Value more than 06 and sand from approved quarry of approved quality free from organic materials for road work for sub-base away from the trafficable berm in regular interval for regular box heaps of 1.5mx1.5mx0.44m to be measured as one cum including preparing of admixture of moorum and sand in proportion (60%moorum and 40%sand) conveying from stack and spreading the admixture in sub-base of road in layers not exceeding 225mm depth watering including cost carriage of water and compacted to required density in OMC condition to proper camber and grade with PRR with sufficient number of passes for each layer including hire and running charges of PRR with other machineries and T&P etc complete cost , conveyance, royalty, DMF,EMF,additional charges and all other taxes, cess of all materials excluding GST to the site of work, all leads, lifts , delifts, labour , T&P and supervision charges complete in all respect, but excluding GST as per direction of the Engineer in charge. (Measurement is to be taken on the finished level section).

Earth work in excavation of foundation in all kinds of soil including stoney earth and gravel mixed with boulders not exceeding 0.014 cum in volume, D.I.Rock & slushy soil with all leads, lifts, delifts including dressing and leveling the bed to design section and disposal of excavated materials for filling in river bank portion with all leads, lifts and delifts including dewatering, shoring, shuttering and propping of bullah piles and construction of coffer dam if required, bailing out water with all cost, conveyance, labour and cess and , taxes of all materials excluding GST, etc. complete as per the approved drawing, design, specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Filling foundation and plinth with sand including watering and ramming with all labour, T&P etc complete to the required level including cost, carriage, royalty, DMF,EMF,additional charges & cess, , taxes of all materials excluding GST, etc complete as per the approved drawing, design, specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement concrete of design mix of M15 grade having specified characteristic compressive strength of 15N/mm2 in design mix with minimum quantity of cement as specified in I.S. code of 150 mm cube at 28 days curing after mixing & tests conducted in accordance with relevant clauses of I.S. – 516 using crusher broken hard granite coarse aggregate 40mm down graded and proportion as specified in I.S. 456 code and subject to mix design in conformity to the grading and proportion of different materials of concrete in structures as specified in the relevant codes of approved quantity obtained from approved quarry of tested and approved quality free from weathered skin surface and any other deleterious materials, uniform colour & texture with mixing concrete in batching plant, conveying the same by transit mixers and placing in position for structures etc. l with all leads, lifts and delifts including cost, carriage, royalties,DMF,EMF & additional charge, taxes of all materials excluding GST, but including cess and quality control test cost of all materials, dewatering, mixing and vibrating by mechanical means placing in proper place and providing grooves or beads wherever necessary including cost, carriage of water, curing , T&P, hire & running charges of all machineries, labour and supervision charges including mobilization and demobilization and working of machineries etc with cost of construction and maintenance of coffer dam and diversion arrangement and removal required etc complete as per the approved drawing, design, specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing formwork for concrete with F1 finish for both face of c.c.wall, guard wall & structures etc, exposed & unexposed surface of foundation, block joints etc with steel shutters rigidly fixed and removal of forms and making good to the surfaces where necessary complete with all labour, materials, supervision charges, conveyance and T&P, cess & taxes of all materials excluding GST, etc complete as per the approved drawing, design, specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing , laying and fixing in position of RCC hume pipe of 2.5m long & 900 mm dia spun pipes NP3 class conforming to ISI standard with collar joints filled in cement mortar (1:3) with necessary twisted and coal tarred hempyarn including caulking and finishing the same, as per approved drawing including all cost, conveyance , cess and all other taxes of all materials required for the work including cost & conveyance of spun pipe including all labour charges for loading, unloading, curing and laying in position, T&P with all leads, lifts and delifts of all materials dewatering if any including making the coffer dam if required excluding GST as per the specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work in excavation in any approved type of soil in approved borrow area free from logs, stumps, roots or any other ingredients likely to deteriorate or effect the stability of bed, bank by mechanical means, loading into & transportation by mechanical means and unloading soil with all leads & lifts on properly prepared & scientifically approved surface free from weeds, roots and shrub jungles ,including, spreading & leveling the earth in 22.5 cm layers to make the fill ready for watering and compaction by sheep foot roller & dozer or any other suitable compaction equipments approved by Engineer-in-charge in flood / canal bank of all heights and including cost of all materials, T&P, with all royalties, . cess & taxes of all materials excluding GST but including cost of quality control tests, mobilisation & demobilisation, supplying, operation, maintenance of all machineries, equipments, materials and labour, cess required for the work including supervision charges, cost of cutting and trimming the extra fill in the slopes of the canal/flood embankment to design section, construction, maintenance, watering and lighting of haul roads, borrow areas and cost of related diversion arrangement for diversion of flow during working seasons and removal and disposal of the same after completion of the work etc. complete as per approved design, drawing and specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge excluding compaction charges (Measurement is to be taken on the finished level section & payment will be made after compaction ).
