Providing and laying cement concrete M-15 grade using 40 mm and down graded size crushed granite coarse aggregates free from weathered skinned surface, mixing the concrete in concrete mixer, carrying & laying at any height/depth to proper line & grade, compacting with vibrators for proper compaction, curing, rehandling of materials, if requird, including cost, conveyance & royalty of all materials, labour charges, cess, tools & plants, hire & runing charges of concrete mixer & generator, taxes (Excluding GST), rehandling of materials, if required, with all lead, lift & de-lifts, all costs incidental to the work etc; complete as per specfication and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete M-20 grade using 20 mm and down graded size crusher broken black hard granite coarse aggregates free from weathered skinned surface, mixing the concrete in concrete mixer, carrying & laying at any height/depth to proper line & grade, compacting with vibrators for proper compaction, curing, rehandling of materials, if requird, including cost, conveyance & royalty of all materials, labour charges, cess, tools & plants, hire & runing charges of concrete mixer & generator, taxes (Excluding GST), rehandling of materials, if required, with all lead, lift & de-lifts, all costs incidental to the work etc; complete but excluding steel reinforcement as per specfication and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, fitting & placing Thermo-mechanically treated (TMT) steel reinforcement bars for R.C.C. works including cutting, bending, binding, straightening, tying the grills & placing in position with cost & conveyance of all materials (including binding wire 18 to 20 gauge), labour charges, cess, tools & plants, taxes (Excluding GST) and all lead, lift & de-lift, all costs incidental to the work etc; complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing rigid & smooth centring and shuttering for cement concrete works of foundation, footings, bases of columns, mass concrete etc; and the like at any height/level, including false works and dismantling them after specified period of casting including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour charges, cess, tools & plants, taxes (Excluding GST), rehandling of materials, if required, with all lead, lift & de-lifts, all costs incidental to the work etc; complete as per specfication and direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Filling in foundation and plinth with previously excavated earth in layers not exceeding 300mm in depth including watering and ramming labour charges, cess, tools & plants, taxes (Excluding GST), rehandling of , materials if required, with all lead, lifts & de-lifts, all costs incidental to the work etc; complete as per specfication and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work in excavation in any approved type of soil in approved borrow area by mechanical means, loading the earth in to transporting vehicle and transportation of the same to the filling zone with average lead of 1.00 K.M. and unloading the soil, breaking the clods, laying, spreading & leveling to the required section in layers not exceeding 22.5 cm thick on the properly prepared surface ,watering and compacting with HRR including base stripping of borrow area, clearing all roots, vegetations & other objectionable materials from the earth including construction, maintenance, watering and lighting of haul road and borrow area with mobilisation & demobilisation of men & materials, hire & running charges of all machineries/tools & plants, taxes (Excluding GST), supervision charges, royalty, cess etc; all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (Measurement to be taken and payment will be made on level section).

SupplyIng,Laying & fixing in position 150mm diametres RCC Hume pipes NP2 suitable for color joints with cement concrete (1:1.5:3) etc including cost, conveyance & royalty of all materials, labour charges, cess, tools & plants, hire & runing charges, taxes (Excluding GST), etc; complete as per specfication and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
