Supply of structural steel materials of different section and sizes (IS:2062), stainless steel flats of different section and sizes (04 Cr 19 Ni of IS :1570 (Part-5), fabrication including machining and assembly of second stage embedded parts consisting of sill beam, sill beam ss seat, side seal ss seat, guide side wall plates, U/S & D/S side wall plates, top wall plates, top seal ss seat etc., vertical lift gate consisting of skin plate, horizontal girders, end vertical girders, seal flats, side seal mounting & clamping, bottom seal mounting & clamping, top seal mounting & clamping etc., screw hoisting arrangements consisting of cross beam, base plate and anchor bars of total weight around 1494.42kg for 2 Nos. of SS gates(Size- 1.446 m x 1.6 m) & of total weight around 528.72kg for 1 No. of HR gate (Size-0.93m x 1.0m) as per specification and approved drawings with all accessories including machinery, fixtures, labour, cutting, welding, drilling, boring, cleaning, finishing, consumables with lead & lifts all complete as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply of following bought out materials for 2nos. of scouring sluice gates(Size- 1.446 m x 1.6m) and 1no. of HR gate(Size- 0.93 m x 1.0 m) : CSK and Hex Bolts, Nuts Studs, washers etc.-235kg. Ø20 MS anchor bar-400mm long all inclusive of matl,thread cutting,suitable nut & lock nut,washer etc. as specified in the drawing.-48.00 nos.LTB-1 Bronze Pad of size 240mm×38mm×10mm- 8nos and of size 80mm×30mm×12mm- 4nos (including cost of material,machining & countersunk holes), Bottom Rubber seal (flat type bottom seal of size 75mm×10mm) IS:11855-3.47m, Ø32×10mm th-80mm width Rubber seal(music note uncladed side seal) IS:11855 -8.4m and Ø32mm×10mm th -70 mm width rubber seal(music note uncladed top seal) IS:11855-0.81 m, Ø63 Screw rod suitably square threaded to M62×9 all inclusive of cost of material, straightening and machining- 2x3.02m and 2.92m, Nut type Screw Gear box assembly suitably square threaded for 63mm dia screw rod all inclusive of cost of meterial, cost of Thrust bearing, machining and assembly charges. -3sets, Grease(Total Elf Multis XL 3) & gear oil etc.- 6kg.Lifting pin dia 30mm & length 140mm-45C8 of IS:1570(PART II) all inclusive of cost of material,machining etc. as per drawing-3nos. Split Pin 6.3x71 of IS: 549 -3nos.

Erection, positioning, aligning, fixing, trial, commissioning, testing etc. of second stage embedded parts consisting of sill beam, side seal, track, guide etc., vertical lift gate consisting of skin plate, horizontal girder, end vertical girder, seal flats etc., screw hoisting arrangements consisting of hoist bridge, gear box, cross beams, base plate, fixing of anchor bolts, etc. of total weight around 1494.42kg for 2nos. of SS gates(Size- 1.446 m x 1.6 m) & of total weight around 528.72kg for 1nos. of HR gates(Size- 0.93m x 1.0 m) as per specification and approved drawing with all accessories including machinery, fixtures, labour, watch & ward, cutting, welding, drilling, boring, cleaning, finishing, consumables with lead & lifts and transportation charges with labour charges for loading and unloading all complete as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge.
