Rigid & smooth centering, shuttering for CC foundation, plinth band, grade beam, pile cap and footing bases of columns mass concrete works including false work & dismantling them after specified days of casting including the cost, carriage of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, cess, etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Rigid & smooth centering, shuttering for RCC walls and fins including attach pillasters etc. including false work & dismantling them after specified days of casting including the cost, carriage of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, cess, etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, cutting, placing, bending, binding, straightening the uncoated HYSD (SAIL) rod for reinforcement for RCC work and laying the grills & placing in position including all cost of rod, binding wire of 18 to 20 SWG including carriage of all materials to the work site with all taxes,cess, etc. with all leads, lifts , delifts etc. complete with all costs incidental to the work as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

20mm thick Cement Plaster in cemet mortar (1:4) over stone / brick work with approved grade of cement and fine, screened & washed river sand with cement punning including cost,carriage royality, cess and taxes of all materials, labour, T & P, cess etc all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific size of 90mm to 45mm (IRC Grade - I) to W.B.M specification including cost, carriage, royality and all other taxes to water bound macadam specification in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel roller 8-10 tones in stages to proper grade and camber including conveying, spreading of filter material with gravel or moorum and filling the interstices by spreading the same over surface consolidation with HRR and brooming requisite type of binding materials to fill up the interstices to course aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as epr Clause - 404 of MORST & H. specification for road work including all taxes, cess, labour, T & P & quality control testing charges of materials etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Quarrying, collecting & supplying of good quality of moorum from approved quarry and stacking near work site in regular box heaps of 1.5 x 1.5 x 0.5 m to be measured as one cum with all leads, lifts and delifts including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials etc. complete & spreading the same on the road surface and flank, consolidation with PRR including watering etc. complete with all labour, T & P, taxes, cess etc. all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Earth work in approved type of soil in borrow area by mechanical means and loading in to transportation vehicle and transportation of earth by mechanical means and unloading the earth over the approved surface of the embankment in proper profiles with all leads, lifts,delifts including rough dressing and breaking the clods in to 5 cm to 7 cm size including removal of all foreign materials, debrises, grass, bushes, vegetations, shrubs, roots from transportated earth including laying in layers not exceeding 22.50 cm in depth excluding watering and ordinary compaction by PRR including construction and maintenance of haul road, cost of hire & running charges of all machineries, T & P, cost of fuel, lubricants, cost of labour,carriage, royalty, cess , taxes etc. all complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.(Measurement will be taken on finished compacted level section only and earth to be arranged by the contractor at his own cost and responsibility.)
