Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Granular sub-base Grading-III material as per table 400-1, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) with cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials and cost of all labour, T&P with all cost of incidental charges and cess etc. complete as per approved specification and direction of the Engineer -in- Charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggrgate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in machanicl mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials and hire & running charges of machineries, cost of all labour, T&P with all cost of incidental charges and cess etc. complete as per drawing, specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and applying primer coat as per specification using bitumen emulsion @ 0.60kg/Sqm. including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P with all cost of incidental charges and cess etc. complete as per drawing, specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying tack coat as per specification @ 0.20kg/Sqm. for Bituminous surface/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P with all cost of incidental charges and cess etc. complete as per approved specification and direction of the Engineer -in- Charge.

Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @4.5 to 5 percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 508 complete all respects including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials and cost of all labour, T&P with all cost of incidental charges and cess etc. complete as per approved specification and direction of the Engineer -in- Charge.

Collecting, supplying and stacking good quality moorum at road side in regular box heaps of size (1.50m x 1.50m. x 0.44 m.) to be measured as one cum. and conveying from stacks and spreading moorum in uniform thickness on road surface including watering and rolling with PRR, hire & running charges of machineries including cost, carriage, royalty, taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P with all cost of incidental charges and cess etc. complete as per drawing, specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in all kinds of soil from borrow area by mechanical means with all leads, lifts and delifts including loading and unloading into the transportation vehicles within a lead 2 km and depositing the same on properly prepared and scientifically approved surface including rough dressing and breaking the clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm, laying in layers not exceeding 22.50cm including removal of roots, shurb jungles, bushes and all foreign debries from the earth and benching the old embankment, sectioning, cambering the earth work, watering and compaction with PRR for all heights of banks and slopes with required quality control test including construction, maintenance, watering, dewatering and lighting of haul roads and borrow area including mobilization and demobilization of men and machineries including cost, carriage & royalty, taxes of all materials and cost of all labour, T&P with all cost of incidental charges and cess etc. complete as per drawing, specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge (Measurement shall be taken on finished level section. Borrow area is to be arranged by the agency at his own cost and responsibility)
