Providing Cement Concrete M15 grade on approved surface , shape and size using 20mm and downgraded crusher broken hard granite stone aggregates of approved quality quarried, free from weathered skin surface and any other deleterious materials, using clean and sharp sand of approved grading and quality confirming to the design specifications including hoisting & lowering to all heights, watering & dewatering, laying the concrete in position to proper slope and level, compacting in layers with vibrators and finishing the exposed surface smooth, curing for required time, providing beads and grooves including cost, conveyance, royalty and other taxes of all materials, with all cost of tools and plant, cost and carriage of water etc, with supply of all labour and supervision charges including mobilisation & demobilisation of machineries, all incidental charges required for the work complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Cement Concrete M20 grade for RCC works on approved surface, shape and size using 20mm and downgraded crusher broken hard granite stone aggregates of approved quality quarried, free from weathered skin surface and any other deleterious material, using clean and sharp sand of approved grading and quality confirming to the design specifications including hoisting & lowering to all heights, watering & dewatering, laying the concrete in position to proper slope and level, compacting in layers with vibrators and finishing the exposed surface smooth, curing for required time, providing beads and grooves including cost, conveyance, royalty and other taxes of all materials, ( excluding cost, carriage of M.S. rod and labour for cutting, bending, binding and fixing of M.S. rod) with all cost of tools and plant, cost and carriage of water etc, with supply of all labour and supervision charges including mobilisation & demobilisation of machineries, with all incidental charges required for the work complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, straightening, cutting, bending, binding of steel reinforcement of different diameters and tying the grills as per approved design & drawing and placing in position including, cost, conveyance, royalties and other taxes of M.S. Rods, binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge including providing concrete chairs, dowel bars, lapping wherever necessary with supply of all labour and T&P required for the work etc, complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing rigid shuttering with the box type steel shuttering plates with kays for intermidiate construction joints in rafts of weir,barrage and dam blocks including cost of materials,labour,T&P etc,complete as directed by the Engineer -in-charge including removal of forms.

Laying & fixing in positionRCC NP3 Hume Pipe of 600mm diameter pipe with collar joints with cement mortar 1:3 including cost of pipe including all cost conveyance and royalty and labour.

Filling in foundaiton and plinth with excavated material including watering and ramming etc.complete including cost, conveyance ,royalty and all other taxes of all materials with supply of all labour and T & P required for the work etc.complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Dismantling and removing cement concrete including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50m lead etc complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Scarping Plaster in Lime or Cement Mortar from Brick/ Stone Masonry including T&P, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material racking out joints 12mm deep, cleaning, pressing cement mortar finishing and curing including cost of materials, labour, scaffolding with initial lead and lift upto 10m etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge

20mm thick cement plaster (1:4) over brick/slab work with cst of all materials and all labour etc.
