Cleaning the existing granular base surface including removal of binding materials and other foreign materials with wire brushes and small picks, sweeping with brooms or soft brushes and finally dusting with old gunny bags and / or compressed air to receive bitumen etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60Kg/Sqm using mechanical means as per clause 502 of MoSRT&H specification for road and bridge works (4th Revision)) with all leads, lifts and delifts including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of materials etc. including hire and running charges of all machineries and quality control test etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with (60/70) penetration grade using the emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20Kg/Sqm on prepared bitumen / granular surface cleaning properly using mechanical brooms as per clause 503 of MoSRT&H specification for road and bridge works (4th Revision) with all leads, lifts and delifts including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of materials etc. including hire and running charges of all machineries and quality control test etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & laying 50mm thickness bituminous macadam with hot mix plant using specified grading-II, 19mmm nominal size harrd granite crusher broken chips, premixed with bitumen binder of of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen @ 3.30% of the weight of the mix, transporting to the hot mix to work site, laid over a previously prepared surface with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Clause 504 of MoSRT&H specification for road & bridge works.(4th Revision) with all leads, lifts and delifts including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of materials etc. including hire and running charges of all machineries and quality control test etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & laying 25mm thickness semi dense bituminous concrete with batch type hot mix plant using specified grading-II, 10mmm nominal size harrd granite crusher broken chips, premixed with bitumen binder of of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen @ 5% of the weight of the mix, transporting to the hot mix to work site, laid over a previously prepared surface with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Clause 508 of MoSRT&H specification for road & bridge works.(4th Revision) with all leads, lifts and delifts including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of materials etc. including hire and running charges of all machineries and quality control test etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Blinding road surface with sand 6mm thick including all cost, carriage, royalty of materials, all labour chargesetc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation of any approved type of soil in approved borrow area by mechanical means loading into and transportation by mechanical means and unloading the soil with initial lead of 5.00km on properly preapared and scientificaly approved surface including spreading and leveling the earth in 22.5cm layers to make ready for watering and compaction by vibratory rollers in dam & dykes for all heights including construction, maintainance and lighting of haul road and borrow area in layers not exceeding 22.5cm to 95% proctor dry density including hire and running charges of all the machinaries including cost of royalty and labour cess etc. all complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in- Charge.(Measurement will be taken on finished compacted level section under OMC condition)

Quarrying, collecting, supplying and stacking of approved quality of moorum and sand in volumetric ratio of (70:30) using admixture including laying and spreading in uniform thickness and consolidation by PRR with all leads, lifts and delifts to complete the item of work in all respect including all labour cost, carriage, royalty & all taxes of sub-base materials including hire & running charges of PRR etc. complete as per direction by Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work in excavation of foundation in hard soil with initial lead of 50m and initial lift of 1.50m including dressing and leveling the bed and depositing the excavated earth within initial lead of 50m and shoring, shuttering, dewatering etc. including labour cess etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Filling foundation and plinth with sand with well watered and rammed including cost, carriage, royalty of sand, cess and all taxes etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete M-15 with 20 mm size down graded black hard granite (crusher broken) stone chips free from weathered skin and other deleterious materials including hoisting and laying concrete curing for required days including all labour, cost, conveyance and royalty and all taxes of all materials etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Rigid and smooth centering and shuttering for R.C.C works including false works and dismantling them after casting including cost of materials, labour css etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, collecting, fitting and fixing in position of 200mm dia NP-3 Hume Pipe with collar jointed with cement mortar (1:3) including cost, conveyance, labour charges and other taxes etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
