Earthwork in foundation in hard soil and gravelly soil within50m initial lead and 1.5m initial lift including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm size and laying in layers not exceeding 0.30m in depth etc. complete in all respects with all labour charges T & P, royality etc. and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Filling in foundation and plinth with good quality sand including watering, ramming etc. Complete in all respects with all labour charges , T & P, Cost, Conveyance, Taxes, Royalty of Sand etc. and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement concrete of design mix of M15 grade having specified characteristic compressive strength of 15N/mm2 in design mix with minimum quantity of cement as specified in I.S. code of 150 mm cube at 28 days curing after mixing & tests conducted in accordance with relevant clauses of I.S. – 516 using crusher broken hard granite coarse aggregate 40mm down graded and proportion as specified in I.S. 456 code and subject to mix design in conformity to the grading and proportion of different materials of concrete in structures as specified in the relevant codes of approved quantity obtained from approved quarry and using the minimum quantity of cement about 2.88 Qntl per cum (as per nominal mix)of tested and approved quality free from weathered skin surface and any other deleterious materials, uniform colour & texture with all leads, lifts and delifts including cost, carriage, royalties, taxes of all materials excluding GST, but including cess and quality control test cost of all materials, dewatering, mixing and vibrating by mechanical means placing in proper place and providing grooves or beads wherever necessary including cost, carriage of water, curing , T&P, hire & running charges of all machineries, labour and supervision charges including mobilization and demobilization and working of machineries etc with cost of construction and maintenance of coffer dam and diversion arrangement and removal required in complete as per approved drawing , specification and direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying R.C.C of grade M20 with 20mm.and down graded black hard granite crusher broken stone chips including hoisting and laying concrete works, supply of all materials, labour and machineries, finishing the concrete surface,watering etc.complete in all respects with all labour charges, T & P , cost, conveyance, taxes, and royality of all materials etc. and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, fitting and placing uncoated HYSD bar reinforcement including placing in position as per drawing and specifications etc. Complete in all respects with cost, conveyance, taxes, royalty of all materials ,all labour charges, T & P charges etc. and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Brick work with flyash bricks of 23cmx11cmx8 cm size with cement motar (1:6) with watering ,curring ,cost conveyence, royality, taxes, T&P etc.Complete in all respects as per the direction of the Engineer - in - charge.

Labour for fitting and fixing M.S windows grill as per approved design including all labour charges,T&P charges etc. but excluding cost,conveyance of M.S windows. Complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying fitting and fixing M.S door shutter and window of approved design inproper position making good to the damages of walls of RCC or other Structural etc.inclusing bending or cutting sizes or grooves in chaukhats including complete with cost, conveyance royalties and taxes of all materials , all labour charges, T&P charges etc.and as direction of Engineer in charge.

Supplying, Fitting and fixing of M.S Joist,trusses and purlind and placing in position as per the approved design including cost,conveyance, taxes of all materials,all labour charges, T & P, CESS etc. Complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge

Supplying, Fitting and fixing of G.C.I Sheet(0.40mm) in roof including drilling holes in wind ties with cost,conveyance, taxes of all materials, G.C.I sheets required ,all labour charges, T & P etc. Complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge.

12mm thick cement plaster (1:6) in finished smooth to outside smooth surface of brick walls afrer racking out joints including watering and curing with cost, conveyance royalties, all taxes and cost of all materials ,labour T&P,CESS etc.Complete in all respects as per the direction of the Engineer - in - charge.

Supplying. Fitting & fixing chequered tiles in floors on 25 mm thick bed of cement mortar (1:1) jointed with neat cement slurry mix with pigment to match the shades,the tiles of approved quality including including cost, conveyance royalties and taxes of all materials , all labour charges, T&P charges etc.and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying. Fitting & fixing tiles in dados,skirting and in rises of steps & wall on 12mm thick cement plaster (1:3) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles includingcost, conveyance royalties and taxes of all materials , all labour charges, T&P charges,CESS,GST etc.and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing fitting and fixing of false celling with alluminium anodised t section number 3215 with 2' c/c, lsection nuber 1705 on 4 walls to be fixed by means of steel screw and pvc plug and the aluminium grid 2 '.0" x 2' 0" suspended from celling with prelaminated board or gypsm india water proving board etc.complete in all respects as per the direction of the engrineer - in - charge.

Priming one coat with any approved primer including cost, conveyance royalties and taxes of all materials , all labour charges, T&P charges,CESS,GST etc.and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Distempering one coats with approved quality distemper on old /new work to give an even shade etc. Complete in all respects with cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials required,all labour charges,T&P charges etc. and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge.

Finishing walls with water proffing cement paint of approved shade on work two coats to give an even shade including all labour cost of paints , conveyance and taxes of all materials required,all labour charges,T&P charges etc. and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge.

Painting 2 coats on new works with approved quality of paint over one coat of priming of approved quality primer including cost of paints,conveyance and taxes of all materials required,all labour charges,T&P charges etc. and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge.
