Excavation of canal/drain by mechanical means in DI rock, laterite rock and soft rock not requiring blasting, removable by pick-axe and crow bars, in both wet and dry condition, including cost of all incidental charges etc. and depositing the excavated materials either in spoil bank or in any other specified space, as directed, by mechanical means, including cost of all leads, lifts and de-lifts etc. including dewatering with all cost and running charges of pumps and accessories, building cofferdams, dressing and levelling the bed and sides to design section, with all cost for site illumination, mobilisation, demobilisation and all taxes, T&P etc. complete as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (Measurement will be taken on finished level section)

Royalty and cess of useful excavated earth from cutting zones to be carried and utilised in filling reaches, including removal of the undesirable materials, breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm size, to make ready for watering and compaction with Vibratory Roller but excluding watering spreading and compaction, etc. complete, as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Earthwork in canal embankments including specified proud for all heights using approved earth excavated by mechanical means from borrow area (to be arranged by the contractor onserving all statutory acts/ rules such a PESA/OMMC Rule-2004 etc) including cost of loading into and transportation by mechanical means, unloading the earth in canal embankments/ canal beds on properly prepared and scientifically approved surface with cost of all leads, lifts, de-lifts, handling and re-handling charges etc., spreeding and levelling the earth in layers not exceeding 22.5cm in depth, removing the undesirable materials, breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm size,to make ready for watering and compaction with Vibratory Roller as per canal section but excluding the cost of spreading, watering & compaction and including the cost of construction, maintenance and lighting borrow areas, construction of approach roads to borrow areas, site illuminations, mobilisation, demobilisation , royalties, taxes, T&P and all other costs incidental to the work etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.(Measurement of earth fill to be taken on finished compacted level section under OMC condition)

Fine dressing and turfing the slopes of the canal embankments with approved quality of compact dub grass including cost of collection and supplying the same from the approved site, loading, unloading, conveyance charges, cess all other taxes on all materials, all leads, lifts, and de-lifts, and as per approved design, drawing & specification, as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge including cost of mobilisation, demobilisation charges and all incidental charges to complete the item of work, with cost of supplying all machineries and equipments, their running and maintenance charges, all materials, labour required for the work, supervision charges, cost of watering and cost of making all arrangements for survival of the turf till its full growth, etc. complete in all respect. (Measurement will be taken after full survival of the growth of grass)

Excavation of foundation of structures by manual/ mechanical means in all kinds of soil (This shall include ordinary soil, sand, silt, slushy soil, hard soil, gravelly soil, stoney earth mixed with gravels, pebbles, stone boulder not exceeding 0.014cum by volume, moorum, etc.) in both wet and dry condition, including cost of dressing, levelling the foundation bed and sides as per drawing and specification, with all leads, lifts, de-lifts etc, dewatering and depositing the useful approved excavated earth in the canal embankments in filling section in layers not exceeding 22.5 cm in depth, breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm size and depositing unuseful surplus materials in spoil banks or on any other specified space with proper section as desired by manual/ mechnical means with cost of all leads, lifts, delifts, loading and unloading, handling and re-handling with all cost for site illumination, mobilisation, demobilisation, diversion road, coffer dam and all taxes, cess, T&P etc. complete, with all cost incidental to the work as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation of foundation by blasting in hard rock of all toughness in sheet rocks and boulders above 0.50cum in volume, measured in solid volume, including cost of jumping holes, explosives, fuse coil, detonators etc. in both wet and dry condition, cost of all incidental charges etc. and dumping the useful stone separately to be used latter and disposal of muck either in spoil bank or in any other specified space as directed, by manual/mechanical means, with all leads, lifts and de-lifts etc, dewatering with all cost and running charges of pumps and accessories, building cofferdams, dressing and levelling the bed and sides to design section, with all cost for site illumination, mobilisation, demobilisation, diversion road all taxes,cess, T&P etc. complete as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Filling foundation and plinth with selected excavated materials by mechanical/ manual means and lying in layers, duly compacted, including cost of watering, ramming, all leads, lifts, de-lifts including all cost incidental to the work etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Filling F & P with sand watered and rammed including conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials including cost of labour, cess , etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Cement Concrete confirming to M-15 grade with 40mm and downgraded crusher broken hard granite aggregates, clean sharp sand of approved grading and quality confirming to the specification, mixing by concrete mixer laying manually in approved surface, with cost of all materials, leads, lifts, de-lifts, vibrating concrete by mechanical means, supplying T&P, curing for specified days by suitable means, supervision charges , construction and dismantling of gangways, scaffoldings and chute, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials including cost of labour, cess diversion road, coffer dam site illumination, mobilisation, demobilisation, including dewatering with all cost and running charges of pumps and accessories and hire and running charges of machineries required for the work as per approved drawings and specifications, with all cost incidental to the work, etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Cement Concrete confirming to M-20 grade in approved surface with 20mm and downgraded crusher broken hard granite aggregates, clean sharp sand of approved grading and quality confirming to the specification, mixing by concrete mixer, with cost of materials, all leads, lifts, de-lifts, vibrating concrete by mechanical means, supplying T&P, curing for specified days by suitable means, supervision charge, construction and dismantling of gangways, scaffoldings and chute, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials, including cost of labour, diversion road, coffer dam & site illumination, mobilisation, demobilisation, including dewatering with all cost and running charges of pumps and accessories and hire and running charges of machineries required for the work as per approved drawings and specifications, with all cost incidental to the work, etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Reinforced Cement Concrete/ Cement concrete M-25 grade with 20mm and downgraded crusher broken hard granite aggregates, clean sharp sand of approved grading and quality confirming to the specification, mixing by concrete mixer, laying manually in approved surface, with cost of all materials, all leads, lifts, de-lifts, vibrating concrete by mechanical means, supplying T&P, curing for specified days by suitable means, supervision charges, construction and dismantling of gangways, scaffoldings and chute, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials but excluding the cost of steel reinforcement, including cost of labour, cess diversion road, coffer dam, site illumination, mobilisation, demobilisation, dewatering with all cost and running charges of pumps and accessories and hire and running charges of machineries required for the work as per approved drawings and specifications, with all cost incidental to the work, etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing form work for concrete on canal structure with F1 finish for all permanently exposed surfaces using steel shutter plates of approved specification for all surfaces including supply of shutter plates and all other materials, T&P, labour and transportation of shuttering materials by mechnical / manual means and dismantling the forms and finishing the surface with cost of all materials, all leads, lifts, delifts diversion road, coffer dam, site illumination, mobilisation, demobilisation and all taxes, cess etc including all cost incidential to the work etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Cement Concrete M-20 grade with 20mm and downgraded crusher broken hard granite chips for concrete lining to the bed & slopes of canal with sleeper beams, keys etc. in pannels including supply of all materials, labour & machineries including all taxes, all leads, deleads and compacting with space vibrator or manually & finishing the cocnrete surface including, dressing of canal bed & slopes and cutting trenches for sleeper beam & bed with hard rammers to proper profile & supplying & laying polithene of 100 micron including form work and cost of labour, cess,royalty, diversion road, coffer dam, site illumination, mobilisation, demobilisation, dewatering with all cost and running charges of pumps and accessories and hire and running charges of machineries required for the work as per approved drawings and specifications, with all cost incidental to the work etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Cement Concrete confirming to M-15 grade with 20mm and downgraded crusher broken hard granite aggregates, clean sharp sand of approved grading and quality confirming to the specification, mixing by concrete mixer laying manually in approved surface, with cost of all materials, leads, lifts, de-lifts, vibrating concrete by mechanical means, supplying T&P, curing for specified days by suitable means, supervision charges , construction and dismantling of gangways, scaffoldings and chute, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials including cost of labour, cess diversion road, coffer dam site illumination, mobilisation, demobilisation, including dewatering with all cost and running charges of pumps and accessories and hire and running charges of machineries required for the work as per approved drawings and specifications, with all cost incidental to the work, etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying, straightening the coiled or bent up HYSD bars, cutting, bending, and placing the grills in position with ties, chairs, spacers and binding the grills in position with binding wires 18 to 20 gauge, lapping and splicing, welding the joints whereever necessary for RCC works, as per approved designs and drawings and technical specification, with cost of all materials, all leads, lifts, de-lifts, carriage, and taxes of all materials and labour cess etc. with cost of diversion road, site illumination, mobilisation, demobilisation, etc. complete with all cost incidental to the work as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. ( Weight of binding wire shall not be considered for payment in any shape at all)

Providing and laying moorum and sand admixture (50% Moorum and 50% Sand) as Cohesive Non-sweling Soil (CNS) in layers not exceeding 100mm watering and compacting to the required density in O.M.C. with PRR / plate vibrator with cost of all materials, all leads, lifts, de-lifts, carriage, royalty and taxes of all materials , labour, cess and hire & running charges of machinaries including trimming and dressing the bed & slope of canal for lining work etc. complete as per the drawing, design, specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing weep holes alongwith inverted filters in its back in masonry/concrete abutments, wing wall/return wall with 100mm dia AC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V:20H towards drawing face complete and providing metal spoll backing in the near of week holes with all leads, lifts and delifts including cost, conveyance, and taxes of all materials, labour cess, etc complete as per drawing, specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Collecting, providing and laying Rough Stone dry packing in aprons and revetments, slopes of canal embankments with hard granite stones of approved quality of size not less than 0.03 cum. in volume, including cost of all materials, transportation by mechanical/ manual means, filling interstices with quarried, broken stone, spalls, all leads, lifts, de-lifts, loading, unloading, handling, re-handling charges , carriage, royalty, taxes of all materials, labour, cess, including cost for dressing of earthwork, bed and slopes, trimming to the required profile and grade, dewateruing etc. complete with all cost for site illumination, mobilisation, demobilisation, diversion road, T&P and all cost incidental to the work as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & laying water proofs with polymeric bituminous membrane (plastic felt) of 2.25kg/sqm and 2mm thick consisting of layers having center core of 20 microns thermoplastic high molecular high density polyethylene H.M.H.D.P.E. film of grade 2504 including priming the surface with bituminous primer @ 0.3kg/sqm providing a cost of hot blown bitumen of 1.32 kg/sqm, applying and laying plastic felt membrane with 10 c.m overlap adhered to blown bitumen of 85/25 or90/15 grade and covered with a layer of hot blown bitumen at 1.2 kg/ sqm etc. with cost of all materials, labour cess and all other incidental works complete as per drawing, specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Providing betumen fillar board as per approved design ans ISI standard for construction/expansion joints including cost, carriage, and taxes etc. as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and laying RCC hume pipes of 300mm dia. NP3 in position on properly prepared approved surface including cost, carriage and taxes of humepipes and cost of labour etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
