Earth work in Slushy soil (in water up to 0.6 m depth requiring the aid of pans and vessels) with all leads, lifts & delifts, all labour charges, T&P, B & O.C. Workers Welfare Cess etc. complete but excluding GST as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (measurement is to be taken on the finished level section)

Cement concrete (1:3:6) with 40mm size hard granite crusher broken chips of approved quality free from weathered skin surface or any other deleterious materials for R.C.C. works including hoisting and laying with all leads, lifts & delifts including cost,conveyance, royalty & taxes etc. of all materials, all labour charges, T&P , watering and curing, compacting with Vibrator, B & O.C. Workers Welfare Cess excluding GST of Material etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete (1:2:4) with 12mm size hard granite crusher broken chips of approved quality free from weathered skin surface or any other deleterious materials for R.C.C. works including hoisting and laying with all leads, lifts & delifts including cost,conveyance, royalty & taxes etc. of all materials, all labour charges, T&P , watering and curing, compacting with Vibrator, B & O.C. Workers Welfare Cess excluding GST of Materials etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing rigid & smooth centering & shuttering and form work for concrete works, both faces of c.c wall unexposed surfaces of foundation, block joints etc with F1 finish using steel shutter plates, rigidly fixed including false work, dismantling them after casting and finishing & making good to the surface where necessary with all labour and T&P including cost, conveyance, cess, all taxes of all materials and supervision charges etc. complete but excluding GST as per approved drawing, design, specification and direction of the Engineer-in- charge.

Back filling to wall lining/ foundation and plinth with good quality of excavated earth available from foundation excavation with well watered and rammed including all cost, conveyance, cess and taxes of materials excluding GST, labour charges and T&P etc complete with all leads, lifts, delifts etc as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Removing old lime or cement plaster from walls including racking out joints 12mm deep & removing the debries with all leads, lifts & delifts including all labour charges, T&P, B & O.C. Workers Cess etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

20 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4) with approved quality sand free from any other deleterious materials over Stone masonry including finishing to smooth surface with all lead, lifts & de-lifts including cost, conveyance, royalty & taxes etc. of all materials, all labour charges, T&P including watering & curing, B & O.C. Workers Welfare Cess etc. complete but excluding GST as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Brick work with K.B. Bricks 23cm x 11cm x 8cm size having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/Sq.cm with dimensional tolerance +/- 8% in cement mortar (1 : 4 ) for all heights and depths with all leads, lifts & delifts including cost, conveyance, royalty & taxes etc.of all materials, all labour charges, T&P, watering and curing, scaffolding, B & O.C. Workers Cess etc. complete but excluding GST as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

16 mm thick (average) in contraction joints in masonry dam in cement mortar (1:6) including surface preparation by receing out joints etc and curing including hoisting and laying with all leads, lifts & delifts including cost,conveyance, royalty & taxes etc. of all materials, all labour charges, T&P , watering and curing, compacting with Vibrator, B & O.C. Workers Welfare Cess excluding GST of Materials etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in excavation in any approved type of soil in approved borrow area free from logs, stumps, roots or any other ingredients likely to deteriorate or effect the stability of bed, bank by mechanical means loading into & transportation by mechanical means and unloading soil with all leads & lifts on properly prepared & scientifically approved surface free from weeds, roots and shrub jungles ,including dug belling for demarcation purpose , spreading & leveling the earth in 22.5 cm layers to make the fill with PRR, in flood bank of all heights including cost of clearing and grubbing jungles covered with plants/bushes less than 30 cm girth and uprooting stumps and including cost of all materials T&P, with all royalties cess & other taxes excluding GST of material, etc. cost of quality control tests, mobilisation & demobilisation, supplying, operation, maintenance of all machineries, equipments, materials and labour, cess required for the work including supervision charges, cost of cutting and trimming the extra fill in the slopes of the canal embankment/flood bank to design section, construction, maintenance, watering and lighting of haul roads, borrow areas and cost of related diversion arrangement for diversion of flow during working seasons and removal and disposal of the same after completion of the work etc. complete as per design, drawing, and specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge excluding compaction charges (Measurement is to be taken on the finished level section & payment will be made after compaction ).
