Fixing tiles in dados, skirting and risers of steps on 12mm thick C.P. (1:3) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing with cost, conveyance, royality and taxes of all materials to the site of work with all leads and lifts and delifts, all labour, T&P., curing and Cess etc., complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Filling foundation & plinth with excavated earth well watered & rammed in layers not exceeding 23 cm in depth with all leads, lifts & delifts, all labour, T&P., Cess etc., complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
