Fixing tiles in dados, skirting and risers of steps on 12mm thick C.P. (1:3) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing with cost, conveyance, royality and taxes of all materials to the site of work with all leads and lifts and delifts, all labour, T&P., curing and Cess etc., complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Filling foundation & plinth with excavated earth well watered & rammed in layers not exceeding 23cm in depth including all leads, lifts & delifts, all labour, T&P., Cess, etc., complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation, loading, unloading and carriage by mechanical means of all kind of soil, including stoney earth, gravel and moorum etc interspread with boulders upto 1/2 cum size with all lifts and delifts including trimming of slopes and bed to design section and depositing the excavated materials away from work site as per the specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge within an initial lead 1 Km from the place of excavation complete with all leads, lifts, labour, T&P., Cess etc complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer in Charge.
