Random rubble H.G. stone masonry in sand grouted with hard granite broken stones of size not less than 0.025 cum, free from weathered skin surface of approved quality and filling the voids with sand of approved quality, watering and ramming properly with all leads, lifts & delifts including cost, conveyance, royalty EMF, DMF & Additional Charges taxes etc. of all materials, all labour charges, T&P, B & O.C. Workers Welfare Cess excluding GST etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Filling foundation and plinth with sand including watering and ramming with all labour, T&P etc complete to the required level including cost, carriage, royalty, DMF,EMF,additional charges & cess, , taxes of all materials excluding GST, etc complete as per the approved drawing, design, specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work in excavation of foundation in all kinds of soil including stoney earth and gravel mixed with boulders not exceeding 0.014 cum in volume, D.I.Rock & slushy soil with all leads, lifts, delifts including dressing and leveling the bed to design section and disposal of excavated materials away from the site as directed with all leads, lifts and delifts including dewatering, shoring, shuttering and propping of bullah piles and construction of coffer dam if required, bailing out water with all cost, conveyance, labour and cess and , taxes of all materials excluding GST, etc. complete as per the approved drawing, design, specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & laying cement concrete conforming to M15 grade in approved surface using 40 mm & downgraded black hard granite crusher broken stone aggregates and sharp sand of approved grading from approved quarry for CC work conforming to specification, mixing by concrete mixture means including hoisting and laying concrete in position, compacting with vibrator, with all leads, lifts, delifts for mixing concrete including royalty,DMF,EMF,Additional charge with all taxes of all materials excluding GST as applicable & cess including dewatering by suitable means, supplying T&P, curing for specified days by suitable means with supervision charges with cost of construction and dismantling of gangway and scaffolding, chute with all materials, approach road, diversion road, site illumination, hire and running charges of machineries required for the work as per approved drawing and specification etc complete with all cost incidental to the work as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & laying Reinforced cement concrete conforming to M25 grade in approved surface using excluding GSTand sharp sand of approved grading from approved quarry for CC work conforming to specification, mixing by concrete mixture means including hoisting and laying concrete in position, compacting with vibrator, with all leads, lifts, delifts for mixing concrete including royalty,DMF,EMF,Additional charge with all taxes of all materials excluding GST as applicable & cess including dewatering by suitable means, supplying T&P, curing for specified days by suitable means with supervision charges with cost of construction and dismantling of gangway and scaffolding, chute with all materials, approach road, diversion road, site illumination, hire and running charges of machineries required for the work as per approved drawing and specification etc complete with all cost incidental to the work as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing reinforcement including cost of steel, overlaps of reinforcement, Labour charges for cutting, bending, lapping, welding etc of HYSD bars(Uncoated) confirming to respective IS codes and specifications of tested and approved quality and jointing if necessary by lapping and tying the grills and placing in position in ties, chairs and spaces as required for fabrication and fixing of reinforcement for RCC works as per the approved design with all leads and lifts from bending yard to placement spot including cost and conveyance of steel bars of approved make and binding wire of 18 to 20 gauges etc complete. (Weight of binding wirewill not be considered for payment), including cost of all labours, cess, T&P and supervision charges, taxes of all materials and excluding GST etc complete as per design, drawing and direction of the Engineer-In-charge.

Providing form work for concrete with F1 finish for unexposed surfaces of structures with steel shutters rigidly fixed, efficiently propped and braced with bullah & steel of approved specification and dismantling and removing of forms after allowing required time and stacking the same for re-use, making good to the surface where necessary with all leads, lifts and delifts, including greasing, oiling the shutters, cost of all materials, mobilisation & demobilisation, all labour charges, T&P, royalty, cess and all other taxes as applicable etc excluding GST. complete as per design, drawing, specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Fine dressing of earth work in slope of embankment including filling of earth of rain cuts and slopes with selected earth at contractors own cost and duly compacted and trimmed to the required profile and turfing with dub sods of rectangular shape of minimum 0.25 cm thick with cost, conveyance by manual means with all leads, lifts and delifts, cess & all other taxes excluding GST as applicable to site of work including mobilization, demobilization, supervision charges with cost of all other materials, approach road, diversion road, site illumination including watering the sods till survival of grass with all cost incidental to the work etc. complete as per specifications and the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (Turf to be arranged by the contractor at his own cost & Measurement will be taken after survival of grass)

Providing , laying and fixing in position of RCC hume pipe of 2.5m long & 150 mm dia spun pipes NP3 class conforming to ISI standard with collar joints filled in cement mortar (1:3) with necessary twisted and coal tarred hempyarn including caulking and finishing the same, as per approved drawing including all cost, conveyance , cess and all other taxes of all materials required for the work including cost & conveyance of spun pipe including all labour charges for loading, unloading, curing and laying in position, T&P with all leads, lifts and delifts of all materials dewatering if any including making the coffer dam if required excluding GST as per the specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Filling foundation and plinth with excavated materials including watering and ramming with all labour, T&P etc complete to the required level including cost, carriage & cess, , taxes of all materials excluding GST, etc complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Rough stone dry packing in aprons and revetments to designed thickness and slope using 15 cm to 30 cm size hard broken granite stone of approved quality from approved quarry free from weathered skin and any other deleterious materials including filling the intersices with small stones, spalls etc and wedging with hammer and palcing the surface to proper line and level, fixing key stones including dewatering, if any with all cost, labour, conveyance, royalties, DMF,EMF & additional charge and all leads and lifts, royalties, cess, T&P, taxes of all materials excluding GST etc complete in all respect as per drawing, specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing weep holes in plain / reinforced concrete walls, abutment , wing wall/ return wall, retaining wall etc with 100 mm dia PVC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V: 20 H towards drawing face complete as per approved drawing and technical specification including removal of clogged materials for weep holes and providing adequate filter materials at the face of the PVC pipes with all labour , T&P , cost, carriage, cess, taxes of all materials excluding GST, etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing bitumenous/ Salitax expansion joint board of 25mm thick ISI standard in lining joints including bredzing/araldite with cost,carriage,royalty & cess,taxes of all matarials excluding GST, etc complete as per the approved drawing, design, specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, collection good quality of moourm including conveying from stacks and spreading sub base in layers not exceeding 100mm watering and compacting to the required density in OMC with PRR but excluding cost & conveyance, royalties, DMF,EMF & additional charge of sub base materials etc complete including cess, taxes and T&P with all leads, lifts , delifts, labour etc. required for the work complete in all respect but excluding GST and as per specfication and as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Collecting supplying and stacking good quality of moourm of PI Value more than 06 and sand from approved quarry of approved quality free from organic materials for road work for sub-base away from the trafficable berm in regular interval for regular box heaps of 1.5mx1.5mx0.44m to be measured as one cum including preparing of admixture of moorum and sand in proportion (70%moorum and 30%sand) conveying from stack and spreading the admixture in sub-base of road in layers not exceeding 225mm depth watering including cost carriage of water and compacted to required density in OMC condition to proper camber and grade with PRR with sufficient number of passes for each layer including hire and running charges of PRR with other machineries and T&P etc complete cost , conveyance, royalties,DMF,EMF & additional charge and all other taxes, cess of all materials excluding GST to the site of work, all leads, lifts , delifts, labour , T&P and supervision charges complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge. (Measurement is to be taken on the finished level section).

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting I.R.C. Grade-I stone aggregate (of size 90mm to 45mm) confirming to sieve analysis as per specification and moorum of approved quality at work site away from trafficable berm free from weathered skin surface for road work in regular interval including conveying from stacks spreading metal and moorum for IRC grade-I metalling in even layers to an uniform thickness comapacted to 100mm required density as per clause 404 of MoSRT&H specification for Road & Bridge works ( 4th revision ) and packing the voids with small stones and hand packing the same to the proper camber and grade filling the interstics by spreading moorum over the metal surface including watering rurf edging and consolidation with PRR 8-10 Tonnes with sufficient number passes for each layer including hire and running charges of PRR and all other machineries and T&P required for the work cost of watering and carriage of water including cost, conveyance, royalties,DMF,EMF & additional charge and Workers Welfare Cess with all leads, lifts, all labour etc. required for the work complete in all respect, but excluding GST as per specification and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting I.R.C. Grade-II stone aggregate (of size 63mm to 45mm) confirming to sieve analysis as per specification and moorum of approved quality at work site away from trafficable berm free from weathered skin surface for road work in regular interval including conveying from stacks spreading metal and moorum for IRC grade-II metalling in even layers to an uniform thickness comapacted to 75mm required density as per clause 404 of MoSRT&H specification for Road & Bridge works ( 4th revision ) and packing the voids with small stones and hand packing the same to the proper camber and grade filling the interstics by spreading moorum over the metal surface including watering rurf edging and consolidation with PRR 8-10 Tonnes with sufficient number passes for each layer including hire and running charges of PRR and all other machineries and T&P required for the work cost of watering and carriage of water including cost, conveyance, royalties,DMF,EMF & additional charge and Workers Welfare Cess with all leads, lifts, all labour etc. required for the work complete in all respect, but excluding GST as per specification and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
