Dismating and removing doors, windows and ventilators including removal of frames, hinges, fastening including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50m. Lead etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation foundation in hard soil including dressing, levelling the bed of foundation and sides slopes and depositing of excavated materials within initial lead of 50 mt and initial lift of 1.5 mt complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Filling in foundation and plinth with sand watered, rammed including cost, conveyance, taxes, royalty of sand etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete (1:3:6) with 40 mm size crusher broken hard granite metal including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Brick work with Fly Ash bricks 25 cm x 12 cm x 8 cm size having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/cm2 with dimensional tolerance + percent in cement mortar (1:6) in foundation and plinth per cum including cost, carriage & royalty of all materials etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete (1:1.5:3) with 20 mm down graded size crusher broken hard granite chips for RCC works including hoisting and laying including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying fitting and placing uncoated HYSD bar/ rainforcement for RCC work including cutting, bending, binding and tying the grills and placing in position including cost of binding wire 18 to 20 gauge including cost, conveyance of rod and including cost of laboures, cess etc. all complete and as per drawing and specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete (1:2:4) with 20 mm down graded size crusher broken hard granite chips including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Rigid smooth centering and shuttering for C.C./R.C.C. work including false works and dismantling the same after specified date of casting and disposal of debries clear of work site including cost, conveyance of all materials along with the labour charges etc. all completed as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying hoisting, joists & trusses and placing in position etc. including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials and labour (T&P) etc. complete. As per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting, fixing of Bhusan colour sheets 0.50mm in roofing including drilling holes in wind ties and fixing with "J" or "L" hooks, fixing of ridges, valleys, wind ties etc. including cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials and labour, T&P etc. as required for the work complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of Stainless Steel of 304 grade in hand railing using 50 mm dia of 2 mm thick circular pipe with Balustrade of size 32 mm x 32 mm x 2 mm @ 0.90 mtr, C/C and stainless square pipe bracing of size 32 mm x 32 mm x 2 mm in rows in stair case as per approved design and specification, buffing, polishing etc with cost, conveyacnce, taxes of all materials, labour T&P , required for all complete in all respect direction by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting, fixing of Un-plasticised Poly Vinyl Chloride (UPVC) (FENESTA / NCL VEKA LTD.) Casemanr Door - 60 - Series duly manufactured using UPVC reinforced profiles of 60mm x 55mm x 2.5mm for outer frames, 102mm x 60mm x 2.25mm for casement Door Sash Profile and 74mm x 60mm x 2.5mm mullion profile capable of mounting single glazing system, structurally reinforced with hot dip galvanised up to 50 microns of minimum thickness of 2.0mm prefabricated & welded through fusion welding the door sash shall be fitted with 12mm thick WPC Board of Greenply make duly fixed with EPDM weathering seal resistant accessories like clipping locking system made of aluminium 1 No. per set of sashes and the system is to be installed at the site using anchor fasteners, silicon rubber sealant, easy glazing / deglazing at site etc. including cost and conveyance of all materials, accessiries, labour charges, materials and product conforming to ASTM D 638-14, EN-477-95 and other applicable codes and standards etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Three Track - Three Panel sliding window - 60 - Series duly manufactured using UPVC reinforced profiles of 108mm x 45mm x 2.5mm for outer frames and Window Sash of 39mm x 58mm x 2.5mm capable of mounting single glazing system, structurally reinforced with hot dip galvanised up to 50 microns of minimum thickness of 1.5mm prefabricated & welded through fusion welding the window frame shall be fitted with 6mm thick clear toughened glass of SAINT-GOBAIN make duly fixed with EPDM weathering seal resistant and the system is to be installed using Reinforced Large Coupler at the site using anchor fasteners, silicon rubber sealant, easy glazing / deglazing at site etc. including cost and conveyance of all materials, accessiries, labour charges, materials and product conforming to ASTM D 638-14, EN-477-95 and other applicable codes and standards etc.complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement flush pointing (1:3) to stone masonry workover including cost, carriage royalty of all materials etc. complete as direction by the Engineer-in-charge.

4 cm thick grading concrete (1:2:4) on roof slab with 12 mm & down graded size hard granite chips, including cost, carriage, royalty of all materials etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. On old work.

Painting two coat with any approved paint with cost of the paint and labour and complete as per the direction of the Engineer -in -charge

Wall Painting two coat with plastic emulsion paint of approve shade to give an even shade including cost of the paint and labour and complete as per the direction of the Engineer -in -charge

Finishing wall with two coat water proofing weather coat of approved shade to give an even shade including all cost, conveyance, royalty etc complete as direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying , fitting and fixing vitrified tile in floors of size 600 mm x 600 mm of approved make conforming to IS : 13755 laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar (1:4) (1 cement : 4 course sand) and filling joints with white cement of approved quality including cost of all materials, labour T & P etc. required for the work all complete as per direction of Enginner-in-charge.

Fixing Vertified tiles in dados, skirting and in rises of steps on 12mm thick bed of cement plaster (1:3) joined with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles including rubbing and polishing including cost of tile etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing surface of walls with Cement based putty (Water based) of approved make and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting icluding cost of scaffolding staging charges with cost of all materials taxes, labour T & P etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Filling in foundation and plinth with excavated materials including watering and ramming etc. all completed as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
