Providing and laying plain cement concrete M15 A40 (1:2:4) in foundation and plinth with 40mm and downgraded hard granite crusher broken stone aggregate from approved quarry, free from weathered skin, surface dust and any other deleterious materials, cement of approved brand including supply of clean sharp river sand of approved quality, levelling and ramming with all leads, lifts & delifts including cost, carriage, screening and washing of all materials, mixing and vibrating by mechanical means including supply of all tools and plants, curing and supervision charges including mobilisation and demobilisation with all incidental charges, royalty, labour cess & excluding GST etc. to complete the item of work as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying Plain Cement Concrete of grade M20A20 (1:1.5:3 ) using 20mm and downgraded hard granite crusher broken stone agg. from approved quarry, free from weathered skin, surface dust and any other deleterious materials, cement of approved brand including supply of clean sharp river sand of approved quality, providing rigid and smooth centring & shuttering, levelling and ramming with all leads, lifts & delifts including cost, carriage, screening and washing of all materials, mixing and vibrating by mechanical means, hoisting and placing the concrete including supply of all tools and plants, curing, dismantling the shuttering after 28 days and make good the defects if any and supervision charges including mobilisation and demobilisation with all incidental charges, royalty, labour cess to complete the item of work as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Rigid smooth centering and shuttering for RCC works including false works and dismantling then after casting including cost, carriage, royalty complete in ground floor and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (i) In RCC foundation, plinth band, footing base of columns, precast slabs -

Labour for laying and fixing 0.450m dia. RCC humpe pipes of NP-3 Class in position with jointing collar in reinforced cement concrete M-20 (1:1.5:3) wiyh 20mm down graded hard granite chips including cost, conveyance , roalty etc. of spun pipe complete but excluding cost of cement concrete with all leads , lift and delifts as per the direction of the Engineer - in Charge.

Providing 12 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4) with neat cement punning with cement of approved brand and approved clean sharp river sand over brick work / RCC surfaces including racking out joints, scrapping & cleaning the surface and finishing to smooth to proper plumbs and level with scaffolding, curing including all cost, T & P, carriage, royalty, labour cess & excluding GST etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Clearing shrub jungles uprooting stumps and small bushes and trees below 1 m girth and depositing off the debrises as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Payment to be done based on pre-measurement)
