Providing applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate pof 0.60kg/sqm using mechanical means as per clause 502 of MOSRT & H specification for road and bridge works including cost, carriage, royality and all other taxes of materials to the site of work etc. Complete as per direction of the Engineer -in- charge

Applying tack coat including cost of bitumen of penetration grade over prepared surface using 4.00kg peneration grade per sqm over granular base treated with non primer surface including cost carriage and all other taxes of materials to the site of work etc. Complete as per direction of the Engineer -in- charge.

Providing & laying of 50mm thick bituminous macadam with hot mix plant using specified grading-II 19mm nominal size hard granite crusher broken chips, premix with bituminious binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen @ 3.3% of the weight of the mix, transporting the hot mix to worksite laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level & alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory & tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 504 of MoSRT & H specifications for road & bridge work (4th Revision) with all leads, lifts & delifts including cost, conveyance, royalty cess & taxes of all materials including labours & hire charges of T&P materials required for the work hire & running charges of machainaries etc. Complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & laying of 30mm thick semi dense bituminous concrete with bath type hot mix plant using specified grading-II 10mm nominal size hard granite crusher broken chips, premix with bituminious binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen @ 5.00% of the weight of the mix, transporting the hot mix to worksite laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level & alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory & tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 508 of MoSRT & H specifications for road & bridge work (4th Revision) with all leads, lifts & delifts including cost, conveyance, royalty cess & taxes of all materials including labours & hire charges of T&P materials required for the work hire & running charges of machainaries etc. all complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work in all kinds of soil from approved borrow areas except sand, sandy and slushy soil by cutting & transportation of excavated earth by mechanical means with all leads, lifts and delifts including breaking clods maximum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.30m in depth over the properly prepared surface including uprooting stumps with cost of hire and running charges of transport vehicle, T&P, royality and all other incidental charges etc. complete asper direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (The earth should be arranged by the bidder at his own cost and royality will be deducted as applicable). Measurement will be taken on finished level section.
