Providing Cement Concrete M20 grade for RCC works on approved surface, shape and size using 20mm and downgraded crusher broken hard granite stone aggregates of approved quality quarried, free from weathered skin surface and any other deleterious material, using clean and sharp sand of approved grading and quality confirming to the design specifications including hoisting & lowering to all heights, watering & dewatering, laying the concrete in position to proper slope and level, compacting in layers with vibrators and finishing the exposed surface smooth, curing for required time, providing beads and grooves including cost, conveyance, royalty and other taxes of all materials, ( excluding cost, carriage of M.S. rod and labour for cutting, bending, binding and fixing of M.S. rod) with all cost of tools and plant, cost and carriage of water etc, with supply of all labour and supervision charges including mobilisation & demobilisation of machineries, with all incidental charges required for the work complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Filling in foundation and plinth with coarse sand of approved quality to all depth and with all leads and lift including watering and ramming including cost, conveyance, royality ad other taxes of all materials with making arrangement for carriage of water etc. as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing rigid shuttering with the box type steel shuttering plates with keys for intermediate construction joints for plain or reinforced cement concrete works including false work and dismantling the same after casting and proper curing including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials required for the work with supply of all labour and T&P required for the work etc, complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Filling in foundation and plinth with excavated earth with all leads, lifts & delifts including making arrangement for carriage of water and with cost conveyance of all materials, labour required for the works including watering and ramming etc. complete and including supply of labour and T & P required for the work complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Supplying, straightening, cutting, bending, binding of steel reinforcement of different diameters and tying the grills as per approved design & drawing and placing in position including, cost, conveyance, royalties and other taxes of M.S. Rods, binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge including providing concrete chairs, dowel bars, lapping wherever necessary with supply of all labour and T&P required for the work etc, complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Rough stone dry packing in aprons revertments to all heights with a granite stones of 30cm. And above size (weighting 160 Ibs per cft. And above) quarried and free from weathered skins and of approved quality including filling the interstices with small stones and finishing to proper slope and level with cost, conveyance, royality and other taxes of all materials required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Measurement to be taken on finished section and 1/6th volume to be deducted towards voids for arriving at sold quantity for payment).

Removing oid revetments and removing the debris and repacking them with old stones including all labour charges etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Labour for laying fixing fitting 600mm dia RCC hume pipe NP3 incluiding cost conceyance royalty & taxes of all materials etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Labour for laying fixing fitting 150mm dia RCC hume pipe NP3 incluiding cost conceyance royalty & taxes of all materials etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantaling brick or stone masonary in cement mortar under 3 mtr height including stacking the useful material etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Exvation of any approved type of soil in approved borrow area by machnical means loading in to and transportation by mechnical means and un loading the soil within initial lead of 1km etc complet as directed by Engineer in charge

Earth work in ordinary soil with initial lead and initial lift including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3m in depth etc complete as directed by the Engineer in charge. ( Measurement will be taken on finished level section )
