Dismantling & Removing cement concrete including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris with all leads and lifts, cost of all labour, T&P, workers welfare cess etc. complete as per approved specification and direction of the Engineer -in- Charge.

Providing Cement Concrete M15 grade with 20mm size and down graded crusher broken hard granite course aggregate quarried & free from weathered skin surface and other deletorious materials,quarry debris of approved quality clean and sharp sand of approved grading & quality conforming to design specification mixing by concrete mixer including hoisting lowering and laying the concrete in position to proper slope and level and compacting with Vibrators in layers not exceeding 0.15m depth and finishing the exposed surface smooth including watering, curing for required period providing beads and grooves including supplying all machinaries and equpments cost, conveyance, royalty and other taxes of all materials labour, T&P materials required for this item including hire and running charges of the machineries including mobilisation of machinaries of all including charges required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Cement Concrete M20 grade for RCC works on approved surface, shape and size using 20mm and downgraded crusher broken hard granite stone aggregates of approved quality quarried, free from weathered skin surface and any other deleterious material, using clean and sharp sand of approved grading and quality confirming to the design specifications including hoisting & lowering to all heights, watering & dewatering, laying the concrete in position to proper slope and level, compacting in layers with vibrators and finishing the exposed surface smooth, curing for required time, providing beads and grooves including cost, conveyance, royalty and other taxes of all materials, ( excluding cost, carriage of M.S. rod and labour for cutting, bending, binding and fixing of M.S. rod) with all cost of tools and plant, cost and carriage of water etc, with supply of all labour and supervision charges including mobilisation & demobilisation of machineries, with all incidental charges required for the work complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting & placing uncoated HYSD bar reinforcement (inclusive of over lap & wastage) for R.C.C. work including cutting, bending, binding and tying the grills and placing in correct position including cost, conveyance, taxes of HYSD bars & binding wire of 18 to 20 gauge with cost of all labour, T&P, workers welfare cess etc complete as per approved specification and direction of the Engineer -in- Charge.

Rigid smooth centering & shuttering for plain C.C / R.C.C. works in walls including removing the same after specified days of casting with cost of all labour, T&P, nail, workers welfare cess etc. complete as per approved specification and direction of the Engineer-in- Charge

Filling in foundation and plinth with excavated earth with all leads, lifts & delifts including making arrangement for carriage of water and with cost conveyance of all materials, labour required for the works including watering and ramming etc. complete and including supply of labour and T & P required for the work complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Filling in foundation and plinth with sand in layers not exceeding 23cum (9") thick including watering and ramming with the cost conveyance, royalities taxes of the materials and labour with T & P required for the Work etc. Complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Labour for laying & fixing of R.C.C Hume pipe (600mm dia NP3 ) in position with collar joints with cost, conveyance, taxes of labour, T&P, worker welfare cess etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Collecting, supplying and stacking good quality moorum at road side in regular box heaps of size (1.50m x 1.50m. x 0.44 m.) to be measured as one cum. and conveying from stacks and spreading moorum in uniform thickness on road surface including watering and rolling with HRR/PRR including cost , conveyance , royalty and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour , T&P, workers welfare cess etc. complete as per approved specification and direction of the Engineer -in- Charge.

Collecting, supplying and stacking good quality moorum at road side in regular box heaps of size (1.50m x 1.50m. x 0.44 m.) to be measured as one cum. and conveying from stacks and spreading moorum in uniform thickness on road surface including watering and rolling with HRR/PRR including cost , conveyance , royalty and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour , T&P, workers welfare cess etc. complete as per approved specification and direction of the Engineer -in- Charge.
