M 25 with 20mm down graded size black hard granite (crusher broken) stone chips including cost of bore holes but excluding cost of M.S. rod/Tor steel and labour charges for cutting, bending and binding of steel complete as per the direction of the Engineer – in – Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete M-15 grade (as per design/ nominal mix) in approved surface using 40mm and down graded hard granite well graded crusher broken stone aggregates free from weathered skin surface and any other deleterious materials, using sharp sand of approved grading & quality conforming to the specifications, using water of approved quality with all leads. lifts, delifts and transportation by mechanical / manual means including cost, carriage, royalties and taxes of all other materials including dewatering with all cost, weighing all materials using weigh batcher, mixing the concrete mix ingredients in all mechanical mixer, vibration of concrete by mechanical means, supplying T&P, watering, curing for specified days including cost and carriage of water, construction of approach road, diversion road, mobilization and demobilization of men and machineries etc. including quality control testing charges as per approved drawings and specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & laying reinforced cement concrete M-25 grade (as per design/nominal mix) in approved surface using 20mm & down graded hard granite well graded crusher broken stone aggregates free from weathered skins surface and any other deleterious materials, using sharp sand of approved grading & quality confirming to the specifications, using water of approved quality & using cement as per approved specification with all leads & delifts & transportation by mechanical / manual means including cost, carriage, royalties, Labour cess & taxes of all materials using weigh-batcher, mixing the ingredients in a mechanical mixer, vibration of concrete by mechanical means supplying T & P, watering, curing for specified days by suitable means including cost & carriage of water, construction of approach road, diversion road, mobilisation & demobilisation of men & machineries etc. including quality control testing charges as per approved drawing & specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing HYSD bars confirming to grade Fe 500 of steel and approved quality including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending, binding lapping, welding, etc. & conforming to IS specification and tying the grills and placing in position with ties, charges and spacers including lapping by binding wires / welding wherever necessary and fixing of reinforcement for RCC works as per the approved design with all leads, lifts and de-lifts from bending yard to placement spot including cost, quality control testing charge and conveyance of HYSD bars and binding wire of 18 to 20 gauge including cost of all labour, T & P and supervision charges,Labour Cess & all taxes etc. complete as per design, drawing, specification and direction of the Engineer – in – Charge. (Standard co-efficient of different sizes of steel shall be considered for payment & welding and lapping shall confirm to relevant clause of IS code).

Providing rigid and smooth form works for Cement Concrete or RCC work including false work & dismantling therafter casting for all heights in all types of structures including pier, abutment, trough slab, road slab etc. complete using steel shutters or plywood shutters efficiently propped and braced using required number of pylons for vertical support, scaffolding, gangway etc. complete and applying the finish for surfaces prominently exposed to public view or flow areas subjected to high velocity as per IS 457 and dismantling after allowing required support time and stacking the same for reuse including greasing, oiling etc. including cost, carriage, royalty and taxes of all materials, labour and T&P and supervision charges complete as per approved design and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Rough Stone Dry Packing including Quarrying, Collection & Supplying hard stone boulders of size 15cm to 30 cm. in length in any direction, 0.028 Cum. in volume free from weather skin surface and other deleterious materials and packing in aprons, revetments, slope packing (as per Design and Drawing) including filling the interstices with small stones, wedging and hammering etc. including cost, conveyance, royalty, Labour Cess, taxes of all materials from approved quarry of approved quality of uniform color and texture with all leads, lifts, delift, handling and re-handling with cost of labour charges and other incidentals charges and royalty etc. complete and as per Technical Specificationrequired to complete the work and quality control testing charges etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge .

Providing weep holes in abutments and wing wall as per IRC – 78 including form works of approved type if required and graded metal backing in near side as per approved design and specification etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Filling behind abutment, wing wall and return wall with excavated earth including cost, carriage and royalty etc. complete and as per Technical Specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Filling foundation and plinth with sand in layers not exceeding 0.23 cm. thick including spreading, watering and ramming with full compaction etc. complete in all leads, lifts & de-lifts with cost of all materials, T & P, labour, royalty, de-watering etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer – in – Charge.

Back filling behind abutment, wing wall and return wall with admixture of sand and morrum,including cost, carriage and royalty etc. complete and as per Technical Specification including watering and cosolidation with H.R.R. as per the specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation of any approved type of soil in approved borrow area by mechanical means including stripping of borrow area and clearing of all stumps, roots, bushes, rubies and other objectionable materials, laying on properly prepared and scientifically approved surface, breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm size and leveling earth in 22.50cm layers to make ready for watering and compaction including carriage of earth by mechanical means, re-handling soil prepared with all cost of labour , supervision charges, materials, T & P and machineries, royalty of the earth, Labour Cess, taxes etc if any with all leads , lifts & de-lifts with all cost of incidental charges to work as per drawing and specification etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.[(Borrow area will be arranged by the contractor at his own cost and responsibility) ( Measurement will be taken on finished & compacted level section)].

Providing & laying sub-base including collecting conveying, stacking sand & Morrum, admixing and laying in layers not exceeding 22.50 cm. in depth including watering and consolidation with HRR etc. complete including cost of labour,hire charges of machineries, T & P materials etc. required for the work including cost,conveyance, Royalty of all materials complete as per the specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation of drain Channel/ canal by mechanical means of all kinds of soil, including stoney earth, gravel and moorum etc interspread with boulders upto 1/2 cum size with initial shift of excavator including trimming of slopes and bed to design section and depositing the excavated materials away from work site as per the specification and as directed by the Engineerin-charge
