Providing reinforcement including cost of steel, overlaps of reinforcement, Labour charges for cutting, bending, lapping, welding etc of HYSD bars confirming to respective IS codes and specifications of tested and approved quality and jointing if necessary by lapping and tying the grills and placing in position in ties, chairs and spaces as required for fabrication and fixing of reinforcement for RCC works as per the approved design with all leads and lifts from bending yard to placement spot including cost and conveyance of steel bars of approved make and binding wire of 18 to 20 gauges etc complete. (Weight of binding wire has not been considered for payment, standard co-efficient of different sizes of the steel shall be considered and welding and lapping shall confirming to relevant clauses of I.S. code) including cost of all labours, cess, T&P and supervision charges, taxes of all materials and excluding GST etc complete as per design, drawing and direction of the Engineer-In-charge.

Providing formwork for concrete with F1 finish for both face of c.c.wall, guard wall & structures etc, exposed & unexposed surface of foundation, block joints etc with steel shutters rigidly fixed and removal of forms and making good to the surfaces where necessary complete with all labour, materials, supervision charges, conveyance and T&P, cess & taxes of all materials excluding GST, etc complete as per the approved drawing, design, specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Reinforcememnt Cement concrete of design mix of M20 grade having specified characteristic compressive strength of 20N/mm2 in design mix with minimum quantity of cement as specified in I.S. code of 150 mm cube at 28 days curing after mixing & tests conducted in accordance with relevant clauses of I.S. – 516 using crusher broken hard granite coarse aggregate 20mm down graded and proportion as specified in I.S. 456 code and subject to mix design in conformity to the grading and proportion of different materials of concrete in structures as specified in the relevant codes of approved quantity obtained from approved quarry of tested and approved quality free from weathered skin surface and any other deleterious materials, uniform colour & texture with mixing concrete in batching plant, conveying the same by transit mixers and placing in position for structures etc. l with all leads, lifts and delifts including cost, carriage, royalties,DMF,EMF & additional charge, taxes of all materials excluding GST, but including cess and quality control test cost of all materials, dewatering, mixing and vibrating by mechanical means placing in proper place and providing grooves or beads wherever necessary including cost, carriage of water, curing , T&P, hire & running charges of all machineries, labour and supervision charges including mobilization and demobilization and working of machineries etc with cost of construction and maintenance of coffer dam and diversion arrangement and removal required etc complete as per the approved drawing, design, specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Filling foundation and plinth with excavated materials including watering and ramming with all labour, T&P etc complete to the required level excluding GST, etc complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Supplying, collecting, stacking and admixing good quality of moorum & Sand (60% : 40%) including conveying from stacks and spreading in sub-base in layers not exceeding 100 mm watering and compacting to the required density in OMC with PRR including cost and conveyance of sub base materials etc complete with royalty, DMF,EMF,additional charges cess, taxes and T&P with all leads, lifts and delifts and all labour etc required for the work complete in all respect but excluding GST and as per specification and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Rough stone dry packing in aprons and revetments to designed thickness and slope using 15 cm to 30 cm size hard broken granite stone of approved quality from approved quarry free from weathered skin and any other deleterious materials including filling the interstices with small stones, spalls etc and wedging with hammer and placing the surface to proper line and level, fixing key stones including dewatering, if any with all cost, labour, conveyance and all leads and lifts, royalty, DMF,EMF,additional charges, cess, T&P, taxes of all materials excluding GST etc complete in all respect as per drawing, specification and direction of the Engineer- in- charge.

Earthwork in excavation of foundation, loading, unloading and carriage by mechanical means of all kinds of soil including ordinary soil, hard soil , stony earth, gravel and moorum etc interspread with boulders up to1/2 cum size for base stripping including dressing and leveling the bed to design section and disposal of unutilized excavated soil away from work site in the specified spoil yard with all leads, lifts and delifts, including dewatering if any shoring, shuttering and propping of bullah piles trimming of slopes and bed with all cost of all machineries and all other taxes excluding GST and cess etc complete with all T&P and supervision charges etc as per the approved drawing, design and specification and direction of the Engineer in charge.(Measurement shall be taken on finished level section only).

Clearing heavy jungles including uprooting stumps of trees above 1 M girth and thick bushes with all leads, lifts & delifts on premeasurement including all cost of labour, T&P, cess etc complete excluding GST as per direction of the Engineer in charge.
