Providing & laying cement concrete conforming to M-15 grade in approved surface using 40 mm size and down graded black hard granite crusher broken metal chips and sharp sand of approved grading from approved quarry for CC work conforming to specification, mixing by concrete mixture including hoisting and laying concrete in position, compacting with concrete vibrator with all leads, lifts, delifts for mix concrete, royalty of all materials, cess but excluding GST including dewatering, curing for specified days by suitable means with supervision charges including mobilization and demobilization with cost of construction and dismantling of gangway and scaffolding, chute with all materials, construction of coffer dam / approach road, diversion road, site illumination, hire and running charges of machineries, dewatering by suitable means required for the work as per approved drawing and specification complete with all cost as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & laying RCC conforming to M-25 grade in approved surface using 20 mm size and down graded black hard granite crusher broken metal chips and sharp sand of approved grading from approved quarry for RCC work conforming to specification, mixing by concrete mixture including hoisting and laying concrete in position, compacting with concrete vibrator with all leads, lifts, delifts for mix concrete, royalty of all materials, cess but excluding GST including dewatering, curing for specified days by suitable means with supervision charges including mobilization and demobilization with cost of construction and dismantling of gangway and scaffolding, chute with all materials, construction of coffer dam / approach road, diversion road, site illumination, hire and running charges of machineries, dewatering by suitable means required for the work as per approved drawing and specification complete with all cost as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Rigid & smooth centring, shuttering for RCC works including false works and dismantling the same after minimum 21 days of casting including proper curing with cost, carriage, cess but excluding GST etc. all complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, straightening, cutting, bending, binding and tying the grills using uncoated HYSD bars cutting, bending of designed diameters and placing in position for fabrication and fixing the reinforcement grills including laps, ties, providing chairs and welding whenever necessary with all leads, lifts and delifts.with all labour, cess but excluding GST complete including cost, conveyance of steel and binding wires complete and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Filling foundation and plinth with excavated earth by mechanical/manual means and laying in layers duly compacted, watering including cost, carriage, royalty with all leads, lifts, delifts, cess but excluding GST all complete as per drawing and specification and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
