Cleaning the existing granular base surface including removal of binding materials and other foreign materials with wire brushees and small picks, sweeping with brooms or soft brushes and finally dusting with old gunny bags and / or compressed air to receive bituminous including, cost, carriage, cess etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 Kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Clause 502 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) with all leads, lifts and delifts including cost, conveyance, cess and taxes of all materials including labours and hire charges required for the work, hire and running charges of machineries etc. all complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with bituminous emulsion (60/70) penetration grade using the emulsion pressure distributer @ 0.30 Kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned properly with mechanical broom as per clause 503 of MoSRT & H Specification for Road & Bridge work (4th revision) with all leads, lifts and delifts including cost, conveyance, cess etc. including labours and hire charges required for the work, hire and running charges of machineries etc. all complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 50mm thickness bituminous macadam with hot mix plant using specified grading -II, 19mm nominal size hard granite crusher broken chips, premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen @ 3.30% of the weight of the mix, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Clause 504 of MoSRT & H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) with all leads, lifts and delifts including cost, conveyance, royalty, cess, hire and running charges of machineries etc. all complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 25mm thickness semi dense bituminous concrete with batch type hot mix plant using specified grading -II, 10mm nominal size hard granite crusher broken chips, premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen @ 5% of the weight of the mix, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Clause 508 of MoSRT & H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) with all leads , lifts and delifts including cost ,conveyance, royalty, cess and taxes of all materials. including labours and hire charges of T&P materials required for the work, hire and running charges of machineries etc. all complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing blinding road surface with sand 6 mm thick including cost, conveyance, royalty of all materials and labour charges, labour cess etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Quarrying, collecting, supplying and stacking of good quality of moorum and sand in regular box heap size of 1.50m X 1.50m X 0.50m to be measured as one cum and admixing moorum and sand in (70 : 30) proportion and laying in sub-base of road in layers not exceeding 150 mm thick with all leads , lifts and delifts including cost, conveyance, royalty, cess required for the work , watering and consolidation with P.R.R., hire and running charges of machineries etc. Complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work excavation in approved type of soil from approved borrow area by mechanical means and loading in to transportation vehicle and transportation of earth by mechanical means and unloading the earth over the approved surface of the embankment in proper profiles with all leads, lifts, delifts including rough dressing and breaking the clods in to 5 cm to 7 cm size including removal of all foreign materials, debrises, grass, bushes, vegetations, shrubs, roots from transported earth including laying in layers not exceeding 22.50cm including watering and compaction with OMC condition with all type of compacting equipments upto 95% dry density for all heights including construction and maintenance of haul road, cost of hire & running charges of all machineries, cost of fuel, lubricants, cost of labour, carriage, royalty, cess etc. all complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.(Measurement will be taken on finished compacted level section only and earth to be arranged by the contractor at his own cost and responsibility)
