Supplying and laying drainage composite for use behind walls, between two different fills etc. having three dimensional composite with thermobonding a draining core having “N/W” configuration in extruded monofilaments of minimum thickness 8mm, with two filtering UV stabilized polypropylene nonwoven geotextile of minimum thickness of 0.75mm characteristic opening size (O90) of 150 micron and tensile strength of 8.0 kN/m that will be working as separation or protecting layer, Geocomposite having in plane flow capacity of 2.1 L / (m.s) at hydraulic gradient of 1.0 & 20 kPa pressure and tensile strength of 28 kN/m, with mass per unit area of 1400 gsm, having minimum creep reduction factor of 1.15 for 100 years life at 100 kPa, at easily accessible location including top and bottom, with all leads and lifts, manpower and machinery, materials, labour etc. complete as per detailed technical specifications and as directed by Engineer - In - Charge.

Providing and laying of BBA certified high strength flexible geo-grid as primary reinforcement at site store maintained by contractor with a high quality coating like LDPE or equivalent. Latex or Polymer coating or geo-textile or any other coating shall not be permitted. Selection of geo-grid be strictly based on secant modulus values for a design life of 120 years at 20°C. GEOGRID shall have High Strength Flexible Uniaxial with low creep characteristics consisting of polyester (PET) & having an outer protective coating of low density polyethylene sheath. It shall have Ultimate tensile strength as mentioned below against each sub item for reinforcement in Flexible Retaining Wall etc. complete as per detailed technical specifications attached and as directed by Engineer-in –charge.

Secant modulus- 2120KN/m

Supply and installation of 0.3m thick Gabion mattress made of mechanically woven, double twisted, hexagonal shaped steel wire mesh, Mesh type 6X8 as per IS 16014:2018, Mesh wire dia 2.2 / 3.2 mm (ID/OD), with double partition with prefabricated X - Ties, Zinc+ High abrasion resistance polymer class A coated, Dark Brown rust not more than 5 % after subjecting to 6000 hours of neutral salt spray as per ISO 9227 and polymer should be resistant to abrasion after 300 cycles and shall not expose metal wire in accordance with the procedure described in ASTM A 975, Mechanically edged/selvedged, with partition at 1 m interval, tying with lacing wire of diameter 2.2/3.2 mm (ID/OD), placing at indicated places in dry condition at easily accessible location as per direction of Engineer including tools, plant, labour etc. complete in all respect (inclusive of supply and filling of stones), carrying the material from nearest approach with all leads & lifts, manpower & machinery, materials, labour etc. complete as per detailed technical specifications and as directed by Officer Commanding. The abrasion resistance test shall confirm to ASTM A 975. Minimum Tensile strength 37 Kn/m & punch strength 21 Kn as per IRC 116, IS 16014 & Morth specification for road & bridge works, Section 2500.

Supply and installation of polyester needle punched non woven geotextile as filter media below gabion mattress, as per MoRTH 700 Type-I geotextile. The width of geotextile roll shall not be less than 4.5 m, at easily accessible location including top and bottom, with all leads and lifts, manpower and machinery, materials, labour etc. complete and as directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Supply and providing of boulders of 150 mm to 250 mm size to be filleded inside the gabion facia units and gabion matresses as directed by engineer in charge.

Providing & Backfilling behind Gabion facia units with integrated tail with approved selected reinforced granular fill material to be obtained from private query or land as available within lead of 1-2 km including all leads and lifts, including segregation, complete as per drawing and technical specification (Reference to MoRT&H's specification Clause 3100 and IRC:78 clause 710.1.4) & 2200. (reinforced fill)

Excavation for reinforced soil wall, and removal of deposited debris in soil including all material, machinery, labour etc. complete at easily accessible location including top and bottom, as per detailed technical specifications and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and installing subsurface drainage pipes behind the reinforced soil structure with perforated PVC pipe (lined with Non -woven Geotextile) of 160 mm internal diameter as per the drawings etc. complete and as directed by Engineer -in -Charge.

Filling foundation and plinth with sand by mechanical/manual means and laying in layers duly compacted, watering including cost,T & P, carriage, royalty with all leads, lifts, delifts, cess etc all complete as per drawing and specification and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work excavation of foundation, loading, unloading and carriage by mechanical means in all kinds of soil including stony earth, gravel and moorum etc. inter spread with boulders up to ½ cum. size with all lifts and delifts including trimming the slopes and bed to design section and depositing the excavated materials away from work site as per the specification and as direction by the Engineer-in-charge within an initial lead of 1 Km. from the place of excavation complete.

Providing single under reamed R.C.C.pile of 300 mm dia board compaction pile driving to a depth of 10.00 m from the specified level made of RCC M25 grade using 20 mm downgraded size black CBHG chips including cost of boring but excluding the cost of steel and labour charges for cutting, bending and binding of steel including curing for specified period with cost, conveyance, royalty, cess etc. complete as per approved drawing and specification as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Quarrying, Collecting, supplying blasted hard granite stone boulder of 15 cm to 30 cm size from approved quarry free from weather skin surface and other deleterious materials, packing the stones in rip raps and slope protection works in river embankments to required profile in all heights and depths including filling the interstices with small stones, wedging and hammering with 5Kg. hammer including fixing wave breakers with all cost, conveyance,labour,T and P required for the work, royalty, cess, hire and running charges of machineries and transportation of all materials of approved quality with all leads, lifts, delifts handling and re-handling charges including all other incidental charges required to complete the work as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (Measurement will be taken on finished level sections)

Providing & laying cement concrete conforming to M-15 grade in approved surface using 20 mm size and down graded black hard granite (crusher broken) chips and sharp sand of approved grading from approved quarry for CC work conforming to specification, mixing by concrete mixture including hoisting and laying concrete in position, compacting with concrete vibrator with all leads, lifts, delifts for mix concrete, royalty of all materials, cess including dewatering, supplying T&P, curing for specified days by suitable means with supervision charges including mobilization and demobilization with cost of construction and dismantling of gangway and scaffolding, chute with all materials, construction of coffer dam / approach road, diversion road, site illumination, hire and running charges of machineries, dewatering by suitable means required for the work as per approved drawing and specification complete with all cost as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & laying cement concrete conforming to M-25 grade in approved surface using 20 mm size and down graded black hard granite (crusher broken) chips and sharp sand of approved grading from approved quarry for RCC work conforming to specification, mixing by concrete mixture including hoisting and laying concrete in position, compacting with concrete vibrator with all leads, lifts, delifts for mix concrete, royalty of all materials, cess including dewatering, supplying T&P, curing for specified days by suitable means with supervision charges including mobilization and demobilization with cost of construction and dismantling of gangway and scaffolding, chute with all materials, construction of coffer dam / approach road, diversion road, site illumination, hire and running charges of machineries, dewatering by suitable means required for the work as per approved drawing and specification complete with all cost as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, straightening, cutting, bending, binding and tying the grills using uncoated HYSD bars cutting, bending of designed diameters and placing in position for fabrication and fixing the reinforcement grills including laps, ties, providing chairs and welding whenever necessary with all leads, lifts and delifts.with all labour, cess complete including cost, conveyance of steel and binding wires complete and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing form work for concrete with F2 finish for all permanently exposed surfaces not prominently exposed to public view with steel shutters or plywood shutters including supply of rigid tie and supports with all labour material, cess etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Abrupt surface irregularities over 5 mm & gradual over 10 mm measured with 1.50 mtr template is not permitted)

Supplying, driving and fixing "Z" type sheet pile up to maximum depth of 6.00 mtr. including hire and running charges of driving machine and all labour charges with interlocking sheet piles including cost, carriage, handling, loading and unloading of sheet pile to worksite including welding whereever necessary to form a water tight cut off including cost and labour for fixing suitable bituminous expansion joint board as per I.S. Code No.1838 and including all incidental charges, cess complete as per approved drawing and specification as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing fitting and fixing vetrified tiles in floors of size 600 mm to 600 mm of approved make containing to IS:1375 laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar :(1:4) and filling joints with white cement of approvd quality including cost, carriage, royalty of all materials, labour, cess etc. required for the work all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 25 mm thick bituminous expansion joint board in expansion joint board including cost, labour, transportation, cess and other expenses etc. complete as per drawing and technical specification etc. and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
